    More than just that the items you can buy seem relatively expensive, but that they seem expensive for a service that feels cheap. Virtually no documentation, no accountability, and they take every chance they have to invalidate a possible source of making money in-game (i.e. BOUND items). That's why I was curious if maybe even with all the income, the cost of running servers and paying a large development team is just too much for a quality game at a reasonable price.

    Unreal. My day off with nothing to do and it is totally fubar. You should test these updates before putting them online that's how all the programmers I know do it to makes sure all problems are fixed before use. I have to aggree with some of the posts about how bad it has be getting in last 12 months. Between maintinence problems to rubber banding and major lag in dungeons making almost impossible to play. PLEASE do it right and fix things so they run how they should.

    I had enough time on to go to Dread Ring and discover that there is still no place for my TR to buy Dread Ring Gear...
    Not enough time to check it with a DC or HR.

    A lot of online service companies these days have technical development blogs where they let dev team members post technical details about the challenges they are facing. Is there such a thing for neverwinter? The only reason not to have one would be arrogance or embarrassment. If you're proud of your work, take ten minutes to tell people about it.

    update on that last schedule was really 11:30 am, not 12:30. of course, they meant 12:30, but it was on the patch updater as 11:30am. its okthough, i understand the need to travel backwards in time n all. :rolleyes:

    I can buy my set on HR now, got it through the campaing store, the guy on DR isn't selling it, but got mine before server went down, hope it doesn't do bat**** crazyness to it =(

    If it 'had' to be put offline, that means there was a reason and that means someone knows what that reason was. Can we get any kind of clues?

    I got lucky and managed to complete a Battle for the Bridge just before the server kicked us out. No Flame Sprite yet, just a dye pack.

    I'm confident that as soon as they can take a breath from the unexpected emergency they will update the community on the situation.

    Let's be patient but i wouldn't recommend holding your breath! :D

    Yep I agree. Realising that their servers are in fact no longer online is the first step.

    The next step I imagine will be an office meeting to discuss if everyone is in agreement on the fact that the servers are indeed offline.
