    I did notice that in checking my account info, it was showing zero time played on all games (I've played both champions and Neverwinter since their respective betas). It's also not showing my Champions lifetime subscription and I get the same response when attempting to log on to champions. Pretty sure this is not some setting on my PC that has magically changed while I was actively using it, and instead something got switched on the account side.

    i am gonna guess that most of the people who can't log in are on Comcast......

    I am gonna guess that most of the people period are on Comcast - as they continue to take over the internet.
    I'm curious though, what makes you say that?

    i remember having a similar issue with pwe a few years back. for some reason comcast ip's got blocked from logging in.

    I'm having the same problem as well.. submitted a ticket, so hopefully we'll have a quick fix.

    and since i am still on comcast, i tried hotspotting my phone and can log in when i do

    It does not appear to be a provider issue at least from this end. I would say ip range being with 24 and something to do with a xbox patch server for never winter being in with the pc games patch servers. but since i am not a NOC or Sysadmin there i dont know when that server got launched.... if they launched it today, they should be able to drop it and then it should correct everything... hopefully

    Hey everyone, we're still looking into this issue. I'll keep you all updated with information as I get it. Currently, we unfortunately don't have an ETA on a fix. My hope is that that will change soon.

    Also, thank you for all your help, traceroutes, and IPs addresses.

    Facing the same issue here. Based in Asia so looks like the issue is global :(

    I tried to log in goin thru arc. it brings up nw page were u have to enter password and I get u can not log into this ip address

    arc lets me log into torchlight but not neverwinter way odd don't you think???

    Not at all - Neverwinter is run/administered by Cryptic Studios. Torchlight is run/administered by Runic Games (if I'm not mistaken). While both companies and their games are 'owned' by PWE - their server infrastructures are completely separate. if anything this confirms it is some sort of Cryptic game server misconfiguration issue. Something/someone accidently did something that triggered a mass blacklist/ban of certain IP ranges on the Cryptic game account servers; and they're trying to roll back those changes while making sure nothing that SHOULD be blacklisted/banned gets whitelisted/unbanned.

    I really hope this gets cleared up soon! Me and a bunch of my friends can not log in because of this problem... Wish I knew how long it would take to get fixed

    Anybody ever seen this? I got a support ticket going on it but that'll take 3 or 4 days and I can't play at all so I thought I'd see if anybody else had this problem and might know how to fix it.

    I thought its only me getting this message, I did not receive any email related to ban account (no reason at all) so i guess this is a technical issue I just hope this will get fix asap.

    Also having this same issue submitted a report got back the standardized it may take a while response...and I agree with andrewdemonxx that we are missing out on the event :p hope they will ad a day or two once they fix this

    I was able to log in to my accounts on the gateway, by using an http proxy. I had to enter the code each time. I was able to do all my professions. Hope that helps.
