I'm reformatting the Currency page at the wiki. It would be very helpful if players could fill in the new caps, since my characters are below almost all of the caps.
This game is circling in the drain... This is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. I'm with magenubbie here. I'll sit back and behold what is to come - from a safe distance.

100% agreed.
Tell me the LAST time they did something positive for the player base?
Everything lately has been negative, they need to balance it more.
The tsunami of pure unadulterated rage and hatred that is going to broadside the forum after maintenance due to these ' reasonable caps ' Tomorrow is going to be quite spectacular , I really cannot wait to witness it .
As I heard in the Gulf War when Iraqi forces shot two missiles at our ship, "All Hands Brace for Impact. Missiles Inbound."

I noticed all my Xmas light of Simril vanished on all my characters. However the other stuff, like the Winterkill emblems and Ring of Lights stayed.
The only other annoying thing is, you cant see how large your normal bag is now. If, you have a limited number of slots for bounty currency, or other like items, there seems to be no way to tell anymore. I can at least confirm, that it seems to have at least 20 spaces.
While I can't say I'm surprised by the deletion of Lights, I am disappointed, since they had been sticking around in prior builds and unlike petals, they were implemented in a way that was beastly difficult to manage how many were acquired per character for spending purposes. I had a hundred to a few hundred leftovers on almost everyone just because of the bugged auto-opening Showers of Lights... and I would have spent them all on shiny fireworks if they'd actually come with a timer indicated when the event was running. It was a suck move on their part to change the Midsummer currency, and it's really obnoxious to see that they didn't learn from that incident.
Of course they don't delete the things that had no actual use once you'd levelled the crafting. Of course.
The bounty bag has been looking a bit like it functions as a permanent overflow, creating space as needed.
Does anyone have a vague idea what the cap on Medallions of Battle is? I'm mostly just curious since I can't spend them right now regardless.
Just had a look on preview - Medallions have at least 1954 (I guess you are probably safe #cough# rounding to 2000) cap.
Seals are capping at 500 so in line to lose a bunch if I don't spend them.
However the 1204 Formorian Concoctions I have on one toon are all still there.
I didn't note specifics about the winter stuff, after the summer event, I just expect all that to go poof.
Personally speaking putting another 0 on the end of all these caps would go a long way to stop the forum rage tomorrow. Still I don't have to moderate it...

PS I'm in the process of adding more of the event currencies.

These are still treated as physical items in a bag at the bottom of your currency counters.
