Some testing from Terror came in, and from a few sources it's not better then Vorpal... Main reason is that it's not triggering Creeping Death, which obviously makes it obsolete to Vorpal since Vorpal increases your direct damage dealt via Crit Severity increase that makes Creeping Deaths tics higher.

Anyone checked PoP actually on preview ? I can´t see a difference between Power of the nine hells feated or not, allways factor 1,2. Thought the buff was higher having it feated? The groupbuff from pillar to allies (about factor 1,1) + infernal wrath beats dark revelry anyway...but what happens if that debuff get´s eaten by that 200% cap and PoP is only available if you stand inside that zone ? Just did a FBI with a GF+mofCW+HB warlock + SS CW +rightous DC, effectiveness far above 200% all time. (◕_◕)°°°°°
PoP + Dark Revelry feats are the best team buff combination because it provides direct bonus damage as opposed to a capped buff/debuff (Infernal Wrath). This is especially true in endgame comps, but may slightly vary if you run with an exceptionally undergeared group.

I think power of the nine hells feat just lets you move outside the circle for x amount of seconds and still have the buff effects. the other part of it is giving your party a % of the buffs. I don't think it raises the buff/debuff value of the encounter itself.

Not really, last time @thefabricant and @michela123 tested PoP, they found out it works this way: Unfeated: 12% damage increase for both warlock and party, must stay inside PoP to retain buff. Feated: 24% damage increase for warlock and 18% for party, can leave PoP for up to 5 secs and still retain the buff.
Keep in mind that the tooltips of this game are... hmmm... not so great.

But maybe that´s a preview thing , or maybe they broke it, and it would be wasted to spend 10 points into damnation. Anyone can see an Icon above allies/companions head on liveserver? I am SB spec , so i can´t check this.
Note if you happen to play SB dont forgett about fey. Im almost 100% sure its BIS for SB
Why is T feytouched BIS ? My tank got my Fey but can switch to Bronzewood, but is it really more than a T Dread? Dread buffs encounter, SB =encounter dps, Feytouched buff you in a hole 18%. Can´t find this logical, because feytouched should be better with every other class except SB by that. Gonna check that... immidiately. Maybe a good way to get more tanky somehow. Maybe I test this power/owlbear Temptationbuild someday. I remember having a lot of fun running a PVP setup few mods ago, less dps but fun and people need assist, as soon as they can´t go on standing inside 3 red aoe zones because they are immune. It is still 100% uptime on Trans level I guess, not below.

So did they ninja buff it? Maybe they increased their effectiveness without meaning to? It would be awesome if @thefabricant and/or @michela123 can test that out, oh and let's not forget of course, @kolatmaster and @fernuu
Even if it does provide a 24% damage boost I would still spend the 10 points into damnation, I love the mobility you can get with them.
What about armor enchant in mod11? Something more viable then negation?
In all honesty, whatever floats your boat... Really. Soulforged, Negation, Barkshield, etc. Anything that you think is cool, I say go for. None are really game changing/defining IMO.

I've found race to be of personal preference really... Myself, I jump back and forth between Human and Tiefling, as I believe they both have merits. Though I find the Tiefling tail to be sometimes annoying graphically... lol

Lighting is good for AoE, and Bile shines in single target from what I know... Which said knowledge is not flawless though! lol

If i get it right it changed a power that does almost zero damage exept for the 20% buff ofc, POP, into one of the most power spell for a warlock.
I have a flat 52% crit , 96% severity(11500 crit) and 18000 flat power. I have azure enchants r8 that need to be upgraded (or not)
Is the owl bear cub great only with POP (as it dont crit) and i can keep augmenting my crit enchants or should i keep my crit low ? Should i stop increase my crit and keep increase my power instead ?
In moving ice for exemple i dont even need to use my spells, pop unders ennemi and they melt in secondes without doing anything else oO"

Dreadthef and blades of vanquished armies multiproc the owlbear. Work on both. As far as I have read our encounters will not multiproc enchantments. If that is the case we will be stuck with Vorpal for max damage. Best damage I have seen is arms and Killing Flames even with a 42% crit rate.

I get that if i use an encounter that dont crit i have a one time 50% or my power additional damage. If a KF shot dealt 200k without crit, the owl bear add a one time addtional 50% of my power wich is cool but not insane. ( in my case it means something like 230k instead of 200k)
BUT if i put POP under ennemis, for all of them there is a DOT ticking applying 50% of my power every secondes or less because POP dot can't crit...
Considering the owl bear fix, i thought that POP would deal a one time extra damage with but that's obviously not the case at all...(PS4).
So i was wondering it's wai or bugged.
It's just insane how fast mobs melt without doing anything but casting POP under them...
POP hits 15 times 0% crit chance. Dreadtheft 24 hits. I have seen owlbear proc over 56000. I am sure it goes much higher in well built groups. Most of the time there is a sea of yellow and orange so it can be hard to see the numbers. I have been testing encounter changes with my lower crit chance and see best damage in MSVA with arms and killing flames. Big mobs dreadtheft is mad numbers on screen and usable for staying away from hard hitting mobs like FBI.

24 hits 50% crit should be 12 owlbear procs. Would want to see what a crit hit on dreadtheft would be vs normal hit + owlbear. Dreadtheft works well for life steal and templock due to continiuos life steal chance but a sacrifice to damge of arms of hadar.

Console: Dreadtheft ticks 24 times and may proc Infantile Compensation on each non-crit tick. I have seen each tick hit for over 200,000 and each tick can hit up to 5 enemies. In theory, with 0% crit chance, which you cannot obtain, that's 120 ticks. Realistically, sub-25% crit chance is attainable, meaning an average of 90 Infantile Compensation procs if hitting 5 enemies simultaneously. Use this with TC because the loss of bonus damage by removing Warlock's Curse does not negatively affect Infantile Compensation.
Any BiS recommendations regarding lostmauth set? I am HB fury 3.2k but think this set may be past its sell by date.
I'm currently using the Orcus Set, though the Lostmauth isn't bad... I'd change if the cost isn't exorbitant for you simply based on the Stat distribution and such. Though I don't think it's going to be a super duper major upgrade.
