Is it better to have a ring that gives a 4 second increase in stat that can stack x 10 during combat like say a ring of rising power or better to have one with set stats like rosegold rings?
Certain types of powers now properly reduce the damage resistance of targets. Notable examples include the Bear Your Sins feat (Devoted Cleric) and Pillar of Power (Scourge Warlock - Hellbringer).
NOTE: I haven't/didn't test it myself, but hopefully this works like by lowering the Baddies DR and increasing the damage against them. *crosses fingers*
That´s an argument for HB spec, nice Yesterday I run my DC through some dungeons and the fix of BYS makes this class even more OP. In case the DC get´s rework in mod 11, making some setups/classes obsolete atm, I hope there will be a space for templocks/OP´s
I am currently 2.6k IL on PS4 running with Twisted set and drow/dust set with Black ice set. I have DC sigil as active and lantern black ice and thayan. At best running common fire archon with 2 R8 bonding stones water archon, yeti and con artist looking to get erinye for my fifth. I have all my boons except for Stormking and latter part of ToD. and only guard drake for 2k power as mount Running with 15k power (no buff) 9k crit 5k armpen (might reduce closer to 4k) with 1.5k recovery and 1.2ap gain, 48.8% crit chance, 102% crit sev and -53.7% RI. I have all R9 azures in offense, and R8 Darks in defense, and fey for utility.
AoE are PoP FB Arms Boss PoP KF Arms Daily TT and Brood
I am also running Fernuu's HB Fury build, but it seems that with such IL it's it not the optimal build. Contemplating on swithcing to SB. Would switching to SB Fury or Damnation help increase my damage output? Also, if you guys have any links to SB build for PS4 mod 10.5 I'd appreciate it, as the only one i can find is Garlaanx, which he states, is outdate. Any suggestion is highly appreciated!
Hey all coming back after a break from frustration, getting back into it though, I know we are still hurting but I was wondering if Dark Revelry is still working or did we all switch back to Power of the Nine?

Unrelated I know.....but had to vent as these owls can be a big deal for SW....what must I do with two!?......*sigh*
I'd get your Resistance Ignored (from ArmPen) to as close to 60%, if not just a wee bit over (like a decimal point or so), because 60% is the highest DR a boss has in the game. Being at 53.7% is a bit low man, def get that higher!

Also: I read that for Mod 11 some char probably have to switch weapons enchantments.
Any news for SW?
Dread is still the best for SB (49M in 2 min on stronghold dummies instead of max 38M with other enchants).
Vorpal was the best for HB after the 1st preview update. Haven't tested after the last one but don't think there will be any change.
