Because it's not up for discussion as far as I'm concerned. People can argue the merits of captchas all they want and the only thing you'll get from me is a "No" because that's how strongly I feel about it. Just like you would simply tell a small child "No" when they ask if it'd be okay to kick you in the junk rather than have a philosophical debate.
If the devs ever put captchas in the game, that would be the absolute last-straw for me. Fullstop.
Oh boy, I am a bit late to the party here, honestly, since release I only visit the forums to rant. I have been getting more and more disgruntled with NWO as of late and losing more and more faith in Cryptic and PWE. If things continue on the current course of action in the game, then I will be a once in every few months visitor to the game rather than the every day player I have been up to this point. Who knows, maybe PWE will sell off the game or Cryptic and the Pay To Win elements of the game could be removed.
I did not read any of the posts, because I want this to be as pure to my viewpoint as a player as possible, so without further ado...
1) Restructure the entire end game gear progression and impact on the auction house. Get rid of the BoE AH farm that the current end game gear is. I would achieve this by making all of the current sets downgrade one tier. Tier one gear would now be blue. It would all be level 52 required but still have a better stat spread than green level 80 gear. This could become known as the delve set. All sets would be normalized to match the paragon class selections for each class. As it sits right now there is not always good itemization for each spec. For instance, my GF Conqueor has nothing good for them in PvP gear. All of the Guardian PvP gear is defensive and does nothing for the spec. Tier two gear would now become the Tier one gear. This would effectively reset the endgame gear across the game, and allow the AH to reset with it. The whole point to this, is to make all of the gear BoP that comes from Dungeon Delves or the PvP vendors.
With the in place above, we would need some gear to help drive the AH. What better to do with this than rework the existing seal and crafting gear.
2) Make seal gear of any class purchasable by any class, keep it all BoE. Also rework the seal gear, it is pretty HAMSTER that there is cleric or control wizard gear with nothing but defense on it. Fix the stat ratings to best represent a balance of powers. Pretty much every class can benefit from power, defense, and recovery. So make all seal gear a balance of those three base stats. If you want the gear to be more offensive then sure put more defense rating on it, but put at least SOME power and recovery on it too!
3) Completely revamp crafted gear, it is a joke. Crafting should be a major player in all levels of character progression. Currently no one cares about anything that is not a crafted shirt or pants from the based gear professions. This is completely ridiculous that not only can you not ever craft anything for a level 10 character at level one of your whateversmithing, but also that you would probably only wear that gear for about 15 minutes if you did! And that will bring me to point four in a moment, but I need to elaborate here a bit. There should be blue gear that is crafted that better than the seal gear.
4) HUGELY IMPORTANT! SLOW THE DARN XP DOWN! The rate at which we level is stupid silly fast. It would be nice to actually be able to enjoy a zone before moving on from it. To you know, be able to que for the skirmish or maybe even run a foundry mission or two without HAMSTER everything up in the achievements.
5) Did I mention skirmishes? Yeah it freaking blows that you must do them at level or they are forever gone, never to be done again, those achievements locked out forever. Nothing in the achievement system should require you to micromanage as you level. Especially when you gain a level in an hour or less the entire way through the game! Normalize the skirmishes just like the group content was in Champions Online. Set the Skirmish to level 30, bring lower players up and higher players down. It is not like they are big and complex and hard to balance. Then allow us to que for them whenever we want, no matter what level we are. Sidekick System the darn skirmishes!
6) Keep working on class balance in both PvP and PvE. This is going to be my next several points... so I will just use them line by line after this first one... Fix the perma stealth rogues in PvP. There is no way a rogue should ever out do a control wizard in a ranged fight, EVER! Right now a rogue will tear up anyone with them daggers from stealth. Make it so that each dagger throw takes something like half of the stealth bar, if they want to throw daggers from stealth then they get a couple of shots before they are seen, that is it.
7) Keep working on the GWF. Instigator is pretty weak in PvP, this I do not understand, it should be the PvP spec of choice, but right now that is the sentinel... Look, it is not THAT HARD! The fighter the entire darn class is DEFENDER in 4e PnP... the GWF is some ******* MMO abomination that should not be! They should do AoE damage and CONTROL along with being survivable, the LAST thing that was needed was to make them into DPS machines... What was needed was to increase their CONTROL AND DEFENSE elements not the damage. *bashes face off keyboard several times* Major rage here.... I like the effort but for the love of my sanity please respect the DnD. Instigators should be the balanced spec that can do single damage and has a lot of survival in them, along with some control. Destroyers should be the PvE damage spec that focus on AoE damage and Sentenels should be the defensive spec with THREAT mechanics and some sort of defensive measure oh such as a reaping strike that DEFLECTS incoming attacks. WHile your at it, make it so that if your charged while loading up a reaping strike, or knocked down, or whatever, you release it for the damage of whatever the bar is currently charged to... At any rate take the critical stuff out of sentinel, it has no place there. It is meant to be a secondary defender. If anything add threat mechanics to armor penetration so that sentinels will want to go into Con instead of Dex, or at least make it a hard choice.
8) Make Storm Pillar for the control wizard useful? Heck for that matter make any at will not named Magic Missile useful. Yeah sure, Ray of Frost is useful sometimes, but not nearly as useful as any at will for any other class that is not their primary one. Rework the Control Wizard at will powers! And while your at it, make steal time and icy terrain targeted effects rather than tethered to the player. It absolutely makes no sense to have to waste time as a CW to teleport up into the mobs to land spells. The whole idea is to be a ranged class right? Why a CW should ever move up into melee range is completely beyond me and just not a well thought out mechanic.
9) Fix the block on guardian fighters so that you go back to doing whatever you were doing before when you stop blocking. If I was swinging with cleave, I should not have to reapply my mouse click for cleave just because I chose to block an attack, it should auto resume the cleave as long as I still have the mouse button depressed, when I let off the shift key. Did I mention that the PvP gear for Conquerors sucks? Yeah were is the power? LAME!
10) Devoted Clerics need love... First of all make Healing Word a smart target please, just make it auto cast on the nearest friendly that is the lowest percentage of life bar remaining. I know this can cause some issues in public areas, but I think that clerics by and large will take those issues with a grain of salt compared to the major cluster suck that targeting healing word currently is during a boss fight. Also, lay off the self healing nerf. I can understand it in PvP, but in PvE the reasoning is just off. On my guardian fighter and trickster rogue both I was able to consume MUCH less potions than I do on any other class in PvE.
11) Make the foundry viable for end game. This requires two things, both crafting nodes and legitimate blue gear if not purple. This can be achieved by modifying the special chest at the end when you must "collect your reward". This chest should have scaling rewards of both crafting materials and items, and seals. So a quest that takes an hour to complete would award four times the crafting rewards and seals as one that takes fifteen minutes. Seals would be awarded based on the level and gear score of the character. Level 16-34 Lions seals, Level 35-45 Manticore Seals, Level 46-59 Pegasus Seals, Level 60 less than 8300 Gear Score Unicorn Seals, 8300 or greater gear score Drake seals. Crafting resources earned should also allow a chance for dragon eggs and green assets such as a man at arms, however this should only be a very small chance, 1% or so, only when foundry missions are run during the crafting bonus. In fact bonus XP from the foundry should be removed from the game events all together. XP is about the most useless joke of a reward in this game.
12) Put the ban hammer on the botters and cheaters in PvP. Seriously Cryptic, this is bad. I have never played an MMO that rewards cheaters so much and is so inept at preventing them from ruining the game in both PvP and the economy.
13) Did I mention the economy? Ahh yes! All of that loot I mentioned binding earlier, hey guess what, if it all binds it could become a bit more friendly to get, for players of all time zones! Instead of running the bonus events on a set schedule, just give them out as daily quests. Maybe we can get the bonus chest in dungeons 4 times a day via a quest. This way players can form their groups and play on their schedules, when it is convenient to them, not have to beholden to a game.
14) Did I mention bonus events? Oh yeah pet peeve number two on that front! Why do we have to run four foundry missions? All that means is we will run the ones that we can complete in the least amount of time but still qualify for the daily, just over 15 minutes a quest. Why not just make the foundry daily require that we run 1 hour of foundry missions? This way we can pick and choose as we like, instead of running Old Jerry or Bills Tavern over and over and over and over and.... It is a crying shame that an author like Zebular should get snubbed because he has some short quests. I would much rather run the entire Dweomerkeepers series to complete my daily than rung Old Jerry Book 1 four times in a row for the 50th time to complete my daily and get fix of astral diamonds for pushing the right buttons.
15) Oh events! Point three skirmishes! Why do we have to run more of them as we level? A skirmish is a skirmish is a skirmish. they don't get any shorter you know. We are constantly having to watch our XP because we get way to much of it you know. WHY DO YOU MAKE ME STRESS OVER THINGS LIKE SKIRMISHES AND GETTING TOO MUCH XP AS I LEVEL?!?!?!?!?! AHHHHHH *BANGS HEAD OFF KEYBOARD SOME MORE*
16) Anyone have a moist towelette? I think I need a bandaid now... Anyways, I aint got time to bleed. Sweet 16, PvP matches based on some sort of rating system. Use gear score if nothing else, to just throw the poor newbies into the Lions den, well if they are the only ones on and available I guess it is what it is. But during prime time hours, let the big boys play with the big boys. This will only help the health of PvP.
17) Did I mention PvP? How about some PvP necks, rings, waist... Maybe a shirt and or pants? Something... come on here!
18) While we are dishing out PvP rewards, could we get a little more something than a freaking blue and greens for doing it?
19) XP toggle please! Just let me decide if and when I want to level! If your not going to slow the darn XP down at least let us have something to counter act the over abundance of it we get as we play.
20) Last but certainly not least.... I wish that Cryptic and PWE was not a bunch of rotten, filthy, stinking liars. So much for the "exclusive" stuff in the founders packs. I hope whoever is making these decisions to go back on their word, and lie and cheat people lead long an painful lives.
1-20 Some form of customer support... Because apparently there is none! I'm guessing all support tickets get sucked into some void and end up in Neverland.
i have a weird request: to make an extra job in leadership same as fight off spellplagued but without chest reward, cause i can barely manage the 50 chests each 6 hours i get from it soon, getting close to 25 chars all with lvl 16 leadership.
i know, i can have 75 chests each 6 hours, but, i don`t want them it`s horrible to manage bags with it. i`ll just end up throwing them away.
i don`t want extra work, i`m happy with the AD from those jobs already.
1. Fix the out of memory errors
2. Make gear score private for everyone again (used to show your GS instead of theirs).
3. Make quest exp at least half of what it is now, most times when I level up it's from quests.
4. add 2 more paragon paths for all classes and make sure new classes start with 3 available.
5. fix Gaunltegrym pvp spawn camping.
6. lower zen shop prices.
7. make the bank account wide and extra bank space account wide (this will also give way more incentive to buy bank space)
8. fix exploits in dungeons.
9. improve trash mob drops in dungeons (epics should have a decent chance to drop blue crafting resources, and a rare chance to drop the rare ones. Also a add in a chance for greater ID scrolls to drop as well as dyes)
10. Lower blade master's damage drastically, or remove them from the spider queen boss fight.
11. reduce the number of adds in epic dungeons boss fights by at least 50%
12. Chance the DD reward to AD or just seals instead of gear and increase the number of gear pieces that drop off a boss.
13. Reduce trash mob damage in dungeons by at least 30%
14. Fix the queue system so you have to pick a role you are queuing for instead of by class within the possible class roles. (tank spec GWF should be able to queue as defenders and dps spec clerics should be able to queue as controllers)
15. Add 2 new paragon paths to each existing class and make sure all new classes start with at least 3
16. Add ranger and warlock then other new classes later
17. add manual entry for skirmishes
18. add epic level skirmishes and bring back the daily skirmish at level 60.
19. Buff clerics defence, it feels like we are wearing cloth when we are wearing chain mail.
20. remove righteousness from clerics and give us a class feature that's not a debuff.

I don't have a long list but, here's a couple off the top of my head:
- Dual spec, and/or cheaper way to respec.
- More cosmetic options in the Zen store. Players seem to love customization, dye's, and lots of outfits/looks, especially if it's their usual combat gear they wear in PvE/PvP. Perhaps a way to transfer the cosmetic look to combat gear? The last game I played made lots of money off stuff like this.
EDIT to add:
- official roleplay areas, instances, zones... etc. It would make finding people easier for RP.
The whole point to this, is to make all of the gear BoP that comes from Dungeon Delves or the PvP vendors.
How many times does it need to be said? If items from delve chests were BoP it would kill the game. This is a fact, it is not a theory, it would kill the game. Because there would be little to NO incentive to rerun a dungeon if you already have the gear. How many times are you gunna run the same dungeon for gear that you already have? If you can't trade it or sell it, there is NO incentive.
Not only that but cryptic would lose out on money. There are many players who buy zen to exchange for AD so they can buy equipment off the AH. If every delve item was BoP then no more AH items that players want for gear and thus they won't buy zen because there is nothing good enough to open your wallet for.
1. Ability to replace people in dungeons/domination, or when someone leaves the party, the option to re-queue for a replacement.
2. Ability to mail AD and Gold to alts.
3. Also an account bank is such a reasonable idea. After all, everything is by account (@accountname), isn't it?
4. Chat notification when guild members log on, at least... but when they log off too would be nice.
5. Allow anyone in a party to invite and allow requesting an invite from any party member. This system is Tera is a great system and doesn't leave people helpless and standing around when the leader is nonresponsive or misbehaving.
6. Show Guild Members in a different color text. It really is odd to me that you are forced to read names in order to spot your own guild members.
7. In GG, have your own party members show uniquely on the map, not just the closest faction members. This is really frustrating when you are trying to hook up with them.
8. Have the maps be better at cartography. For instance, ALWAYS show the path back to PE. There are many areas, like the Chasm and Mt. Hotenow and Whispering Caverns, where you move to different areas and the map offers you no assistance to finding your way back or give you a real layout of the land you have entered.
9. I wish there was a continuous landscape. That if I wanted to I could travel on my mount from one area to the next.
10. Having ports to campfires you have unlocked. It is so stupid to have to return to an area and have to run all the way to the other side because you had to quick run back to PE to retrieve an item in the mail or bank. If I have opened a campfire, there should be a teleport to it. Running around trying to get back to a spot is NOT content.
11. Allow respecing for a certain number of times before you charge them... Say 3... so that you can adjust your play style as you level up and understand your skills/feats and preferences... and then charge gold or AD to respec. Not Zen. That's ludicrous.
12. Allow 2 specs to be permanent and toggled, which allows you to be both pvp and pve specced.
13. Allow more than one action bar, so that you can just click a button to change from one set of Encounters/At wills to another. Should not have to constantly pull open the Powers window and drag things back and forth.
14. I want to show support for the reducing of XP. I know some like that they can get to 60 so quickly, but if you want to round out your game experience and do Foundry quests, PVP maps, Skirmishes, and Dungeons in each area, you are so quickly leveled up that you barely have a chance to finish full areas.
15. I like that you get XP from PvP, because some people, that's all they like. But if you can truly level up by just doing PvP, and you can, there has to be some sort of a gold/drop system attached that replaces doing regular questing etc.

I might have had my own list but 1 really like all these too, particularly the respec one costing gold or AD
the problems:
- 15 min xp cap, after 15 min if one team is too far behind to win they can stop playing, because there is no gain after 15 min.
- easy to win matches can be time extended by giving losing team points, make the game last longer,
but winning team gets double xp vs the 50% xp a loss gives.
essentialy taking time from other people for double the benefit.
- people have to pretend play again if with this pointsystem the votekick is active.
because it`s not known to many about the 15 min cap, and people might start kicking players who just know it and don`t want to put in effort playing for nothing after that time period.(or stop a little sooner if they see it happening the match will last 15 min)
the solutions:
- get rid of xp cap tied to time.
win in 7 min, same xp as win in 15 min.
if that`s too scary for arena being farmed by premades, put in a max time a match will last.
so set time to 15 min for example. highest score wins.
(it already means nothing to win fast, so just as well extend it as rule)
- xp in real time, so everyone each min for example get 60% xp based on what a losing team would get, to make it less painfull for the ones that get kicked (reasons may not always be that valid) but also not causing an afk reason if games tend to lose and players just go sit around.
because they still can be kicked for afk then and not benefit the entire reward for losing.
making it mean something to get kicked and not to make it just time spending in arena and do whatever you want.
so filling the rest of the xp at completing arena.
i can`t go on because there are ifs for each system and have to overthink each thing i type multiple times to see if there`s flaws in it ;p
for example it shouldn`t be possible to kick someone in the last minute, because it already means so little if the system first has to find a player and if it s lost already it s lost anyway, so to prevent crimekicks.
(yes groups can develop an opinion about someone in the last minute deciding to kick, taking the rest of the player`s xp while he played obviously an entire match. otherwise he/she would have been kicked sooner.
and ok, each thought it makes more confusing for others to read. i get that stuf a lot ;p
so i stop.
but simple things lead to exploit, or well hahaha.
the first point system was doomed before the maker thought of it.
this second system has the extend time thing.
i don`t see it as exploit it`s just using the pointsystem how it`s created.
another thought, getting kicked 3 times in 30 min for example should deny acces for a period of time to arena, like an hour or something.
i know some would like to see the thing coming about acces deny after getting kicked, but wouldn`t be fair if it s just not a very valid kick and happens one time.
so, if you would take a 15 min max time match.
with 1 amount of xp to be gained from a win, losing team points should be based on the scorebar.
to prevent the afk thing by whole teams again ;p
and reward both teams each 10% of the scorebars gained in real time.
-add a few basic looking and non-completely ugly looking fashion items craftable with tailoring. I'm not asking for something really nice like is in the zen store, but making yourself not look like your class wearing your class specific armour in PvP actually makes it harder to figure out what class you are. In terms of PvP it is not purely cosmetic and being forced to wear your peasants garb (or go naked) can make a difference to your success. Especially if you play a class that people like to focus.
-I know this is a small one, but is it too much to ask to have the enchantment shard say what they will do when you fuse 4 of them on their tooltip?
-Also please give us mass gathering crafting tasks (and not 6 hours for 5 resources...)
-Also no revives in PvP. When we die we should just die not go down.
Here's something for the wish list: When we change instances, leave the character at the same coordinates in the new instance. My wife and I group most of the time. Sometimes we log out somewhere in the country. Next time we log in, we're in the same spot, but often in different instances. We form a party and one of us must change instances so that we're in the same instance. It is very annoying that doing this moves the character that changed instances, back to the starting area!

Would there be a way to add a switch to turn off xp gain? That way those who like to take a year to reach lvl 60 can. Those of us like myself that feel the game doesn't really start until 60 can quickly go through content and enjoy the end game sooner than later. Also, the dungeon que is still broken. Lost our tank last night well before the first instance boss. Didn't get a replacement and beat the instance w/ 4 players...

if they would do that it must not be able in pvp, since there `ll be twinking. which is fun ofcourse, but not so fair for casual players

I have a few things i'd like to see changed/fixed:
1. Fix boss skipping. Make it to where there is no next boss or DD loot until you kill each boss in order.
2. Remove the ability to toss mobs over the edge and re-do any encounters that may require that mechanic. This causes groups to want only those classes and shun the others.
3. Make more thinking mechanics instead of red circle and stun mechanics in dungeons. I've had friends quit because that isn't fun.
4. Much longer countdown on revive, what good is a mass res stone if you can't use it?
5. Reduce the cost of removing enchants, changing appearance and respec'ing by a lot.
My one request is that the Foundry be made more rewarding at end game. At the moment the daily Foundry mission only rewards 4,000 astral diamonds. The reward is the same for the PvP daily for example, yet that can be achieved significantly more quickly, unless one focuses on 15-min duration Foundry missions, thus de-incentivising some of the amazing, immersive missions available to the player through that system.

1. Improve boss mechanics. Redesign bosses to have unique dynamics beyond "avoid the red spot," design bosses to be more thematic in attack structures and defenses. Provide for monster vulnerabilities (ie: frost giants = especially susceptible and responsive to fire based attacks)
Helm`s Hold mobs are too easy, i walk there on a healer, lvl 27 pull 5 packs of mobs, 1 group imps and 4 groups of those others
total about 25 mobs, guess more but ok.
no pots needed, lvl 1 healer companion.
1 lvl 27 vs 25 lvl 31/32s ;p
imagine how boring it is 1 and 2 shotting 1 group.
in not great gear, no pants, shirt,no enchants, just lvl 25,26 stuf, even a lvl 12 chest.
don`t know about other places much, leveled only some 20`s to 30 lately.
half orcs can use some cosmetic update, human head with long teeth.
I've posted my list before but really, the thing I wish for the most is better communication from the developers. There's not even a "Thanks for the feedback, we're looking at it!" acknowledgement I've seen.
It's worse if you compare to Marvel Heroes, which came out two weeks before. The dev communication there is AMAZING and ASTONISHING.
I love this thread. I can't go without posting a list.
1. Let characters change certain aspects of their appearance for free (or very cheap). E.G. hairstyle, beard/lack thereof, make-up, tattoos. It would only make sense if my DC could let her hair down if she felt like it rather than having to pay the alterationist to do it for her.
2. Definitely more emotes -- sitting down properly, sleeping properly, etc. And more dances. Also maybe find a way to do emotes that require two characters, e.g. hugging and handshakes.
3. Find a way for overleveled characters to go back and do skirmishes they missed the first time. Maybe something like making epic versions of skirmishes?
4. Fix "floppy-clothes" mechanics so that capes don't clip through a character's front and skirt panels don't clip through a character's back. (Capes are okay after the current patch, but fixing their physics broke skirt physics in the process. Maybe you could revert cape physics to the way they were before this patch if you give them a little mass/solid parts so that they can't clip through a character?)
5. Let characters do certain things without being dismounted. Why does my DC have to dismount to wave her hand at somebody when she uses Healing Word? Can't my TR chug down a potion or throw a knife without getting off his horse?
6. More deity choices, especially the deities like Gruumsh and Shar that are mentioned plenty in-game but aren't available for characters to choose. This would naturally involve deity-specific quests and differing paths depending on your deity. Also make it possible for characters to be atheist and to convert to a different deity (which could be very logical for all kinds of RP reasons).
7. Add LFG and trade channels to chats, freeing up the Zone for real discussion (hopefully not just the endless "which MMO came first" debate that inevitably seizes upon the Mindflayer Protector's Enclave Zonechat, but if it is what it is then it is what it is).
8. The Vote-to-Kick system in the first post is a fabulous idea and needs to be in here.
9. Definitely rework boss fights to add elements of strategy to them. Make the environment more important. Gray Wolf Den is a small step in this direction (strategy: keep your CWs and DCs on the ledge above the boss and have them support melee fighters attacking the boss below), but there needs to be more of it.
10. Give us a way to change the appearance of our companions, not just by unlocking skins. It bugs me that all cleric companions are identical. Maybe give us a few different preset appearances to choose from (like in the character creation screen when you first start playing the game), then have the skin unlocks add to that by changing the companion's clothing. This would work for companions like dogs and Phoeras by making them have different breeds available and different markings/colors depending on the base appearance you choose.
11. Guild housing would be cool. I think some guilds make their own housing by messing with the Foundry creator tool, but it would be nice for the housing to be more naturally integrated with the game.
12. Retool the in-game bug report system to make it more user-friendly. Every time I've reported a bug, I can't go back to review what I've said nor any response even though there is a button to check that. I can't know whether anyone has seen the report as a result (although one bug has since been fixed so I know somebody saw it somewhere somehow). The bug-report tool itself just seems kind of, well, buggy.
13. Do something so that if party-members bail on you during a dungeon, you don't end up wasting time just to be forced to abandon the dungeon. Allow people to invite replacement members or something. I once wasted 2 hours trying unsuccessfully to do Throne of Idris with only two other people because two party-members bailed partway through. It was beyond frustrating.
14. Add more paragon paths and, consequently, give characters created beforehand another free respec (only if they haven't spent their first one from that huge update during open beta) so they can switch things up if they'd like.
15. Please don't reduce EXP gains. Some of us can't play for long periods of time due to having a not-life outside of the game. I've been playing since May and none of my three characters is level 60 yet. But don't increase EXP gains either, otherwise we'll outlevel everything too quickly.
16. Add more races and classes. Always add more races and classes.
17. Make certain new fashion gear buyable in-game for gold. Nothing fancy, just something a step above peasant gear but a step below noble finery. Also please make female wizard robes look less like harlot gear. My CW is too classy to show that much skin. Just make undershirts more modest or something since they can be unequipped if people don't like the look of them. And make female CW robes less tattered at lower levels. Why do level 7 male CWs have actual robes while female CWs' robes are practically in pieces? I know most video game players are male and probably are not displeased by female CW clothes, but c'mon now, it crosses the line into the realm of ridiculous.
18. For the Need/Greed/Pass rework, why not let the party leader set the loot terms as well as loot threshold? Allow them to set "greed-only" for loot, for instance. That wouldn't be too hard to do, right?
19. Make the quest path not lead me the wrong way into hordes of enemies that kill my DC. The quest path is really hit-and-miss when you set it using the map, especially in places like Vellosk where the map shape is very irregular.
20. Quit kicking characters out of treasure chests when something interrupts their interaction. I've missed out on blue loot before because of enemies respawning at unfortunate moments while I'm in a chest, and for some reason my character isn't smart enough to be able to reopen the chest after fighting them off. Don't refill the chest with stuff every time the same character opens it -- just make it reopenable until it's empty.
21.MIMIC COMPANIONS. Yes. I said it. Friendly, treasure-chest mimic companions. Wouldn't we all love to have a treasure chest with teeth following us around and helping us troll--er, save, the world?! It would be pure, unadulterated, epic win. (Just please don't make them cost a gazillion AD / Zen.)
7. Reduce xp granted by 25-75% across the board, thereby allowing more play of Foundry, skirmishes, and delves while leveling. Loosen current level cap to allow more questing. Minority strongly like xp way it is.
Ack, why?! New player here, and questing with a couple of dungeons in the mix actually had me underleveled for an area I was sent to once. I was a 20 against 22-24's, I forgot how I played catch-up but I imagine a reduction of experience would make it worse for my future alts.
Ouchies.
1. More pvp maps, 2 bad maps is not enough and GG is almost universally loathed.
2. Reduce point value on caps in pvp. 300 pts per cap leads to the current trend of cap and run. Brawling and actually fighting other players should ALWAYS be the most effective tactic.
3. More classes, most specifically another off healer, or a real healer.
4. Increase party member count to 6 and increase content difficulty to match. It's blatantly obvious that the 5 class party limit was selected because there are only 5 classes. 6 Class setups such as: 1x healer, 1x off healer, 1x tank, 1x offtank, 1x single target dps, 1x aoe dps and CC.
5. FIX CLIPPING ISSUES. There are so many bad models in this game that I find it almost frightening that the artists producing this content are considered professionals. Capes clip through everything, great swords clip through everything, GF shoulders and belts float like half a foot away from the character model, GF shield floats like half a foot off the shield arm. ALL in ALL, it needs some very serious polish. Take some of the artists creating silly zen purchased pets/companions and assign them to character art polish. Character model posture is even one of the issues causing this problem. The whole lots of art needs a review.
6. Real raid content please. 20-30 man group dungeons that drop BOP itamz.
7. Introduction of another "city state". Right now Neverwinter seems to be on the "good" side. Would be amazing to have another "evil" city with a series of quests and objectives that focus on just that. Large scale pvp between good and evil should also be a goal.
Comments
Well, that was insightful.
how to allow bots & lose humans fast!
What Class Are You?
good idea, but can be abused too hard by people using ...... not allowed to say this word here in this context hehe.
Fullstop.
I hope whoever is making these decisions to go back on their word, and lie and cheat people lead long an painful lives.
i know, i can have 75 chests each 6 hours, but, i don`t want them it`s horrible to manage bags with it. i`ll just end up throwing them away.
i don`t want extra work, i`m happy with the AD from those jobs already.
Seriously, asked for this in many other topics/posts. I know i'm not the only one.
I might have had my own list but 1 really like all these too, particularly the respec one costing gold or AD
so, if you would take a 15 min max time match.
with 1 amount of xp to be gained from a win, losing team points should be based on the scorebar.
to prevent the afk thing by whole teams again ;p
and reward both teams each 10% of the scorebars gained in real time.
2. Less action more thinking.
if they would do that it must not be able in pvp, since there `ll be twinking. which is fun ofcourse, but not so fair for casual players
5. Reduce the cost of removing enchants, changing appearance and respec'ing by a lot.
its one of the reasons why i stoped playing
2. Fix the GWF unstoppable bug.
3. Fix the GWF unstoppable bug.
4. Fix the GWF unstoppable bug.
5. Fix the GWF unstoppable bug.

total about 25 mobs, guess more but ok.
no pots needed, lvl 1 healer companion.
It's worse if you compare to Marvel Heroes, which came out two weeks before. The dev communication there is AMAZING and ASTONISHING.

Ack, why?! New player here, and questing with a couple of dungeons in the mix actually had me underleveled for an area I was sent to once. I was a 20 against 22-24's, I forgot how I played catch-up but I imagine a reduction of experience would make it worse for my future alts.
Ouchies.
Let Devoted Clerics have an hourly skill to place an invocation altar for free, kind of makes sense seeing they are clerics an all..
Reduce PvP match time by 5mins to 10mins max and the PvP in GG to 20 mins.. 30mins of riding horses in circles..yawn..
Better loot drops in foundry, as of right now I don't run any apart from the 15min ones due to the fact of why bother? 1 hour for a green bundle:/
