Nice fix, for everyone that has the 403 error just go to the first page and follow step 9

Update 9: For players with 403 error, go to this link and finish the steps here: https://my.perfectworld.com/nw/redeemkey. You don't need a key. Just go to the page to fix the 403 error.

Close your client, click the link, open client, win

Hi guys, this is how I managed to fix my launcher issues.
Step 1. Download Google Chrome and set as your default browser(You may be able to skip this)
Step 2. Re-open and close the launcher until you get the "Loading please wait" message on the launcher
Step 3. Wait for awhile until the launcher opens all the way (It's going to look a little glitchy)
Step 4. Click on options
Step 5. Check "Force Verify"
Step 6. Check "Fast Launch"
Step 7. Login and press enter on your keyboard instead of manually clicking the button
These steps should get you in the game, if it doesnt work after those steps, restart until you get the loading screen on the launcher and try to login again.

Good luck!!

work for me !

You don't need a key. Just go to the page to fix the 403 error.

Ok, went to page, pressed confirm without entering any key, went back to log in screen and logged in - game is now patching! One step forward.

I fixed the 403 error by uninstalling IE 10 on the add/remove programs > deactivate windows funcionalities.

Why does it seem as if its always this stuff (login/patch/game portal) that goes wrong during launches? IMHO get rid of all that game portal HAMSTER and just let us play.

Just curious, am I missing a progress bar for the patching or is there none at all?
Always love being able to have some sort of indication as to how long something will take. :B

My guardian account logs in without any problems. Girlfriends freshly made free account wont login not even after all the "fixes" mentioned on the thread here. All it does it gives a web browser white error page after hitting login button.

What about ERROR 14: The connection to the server was lost?
