    so how do we get things back that we had before the rollback that were real money. like the 5 preservation stones i had in the AH?

    They did post why the servers went down. They also posted in Facebook and on Twitter. That being said, they probably should have sent everyone an in-game e-mail, lots of people on the server that were completely unaware of what was going on.

    can't log in for 3 days now game keeps crashing afther patch..

    any suggestions to fix my problem... i can't even pass the launcher ..(yes ,don't play is the last option).

    After the beta, will you guys implement romance quests? Come on! I can't spend those lonely beautiful starry nights alone with my emotionless killer companion! And asking people to role play romance is quite awkward (and I've tried!).

    I am trying to log in to beta and cannot. I have downloaded and patched and now I get to load screen and it asks me for a ONE TIME NUMBER that you are supposed to send to me. I do not have this number and can go no further. please help.

    what a immature sentiment, I think that attitude of entitlement is sad unless maybe you are under 13 years old.. which you may be i suppose. For someone who is so deeply insightful and concerned for the financial well being of this game, as you clearly are... you want to consider not trolling the NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS forums. Imho if they produce a well refined product at launch i dont care what they do to me in beta. Try using you BETA tools and suggesting those types of policy changes in a more appropiate forum.

    PS STOP COMPLAININ ITS A BETA

    I have a problem to, when I try to log in it says Unable to Authenticate, what can I do.

    It means they started their server maintenance a tad early.

    Server maintenance has started. Try logging your beta codes in about 4 hrs maybe.

    When Beta ends will all user in game characters be reset?

    Is the beta still open. When I try to log in it wont take my name and password. I have double check it and even changed my password just incase.. NOthing.

    to get passed the launger i have to resstart it 3 times.. first noting happens..i close launcher i try a gain .. it is saying ready to play , but if i do my char would not load.. so i close it again.. 3 th time is a charm.. the launger is a piece of <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> and the game crasches so much.. it is barly playable for me

    Go to the Bug Reports section and read the sticky about software conflicts. See of that applies to you. You should post this in the Bug section anyway.

    Ok so does anyone know when the launch date is suppose to be or an estimate? The Website has a lot of out of date info in several areas. Also what is the point in wasting Zen in a beta? Or if you are a founder wasting your 2million Astral diamonds. Do all of that get reset as well so I would get all my Zen back and Astral Diamonds for Founders Purchase and last but not list I have gotten all the founders of the north items but my forum account still isn't flagged

    All of this has been covered in the forum any number of times. Forum search is your friend, use it, its there for reason.
    1. Nothing has been said about any kind of launch date.
    2. There will be no reset/wipe.
    3. Go into your user control panel, look uinder permissions groups.
