I did click on guardian link... says transaction pending.... never received email for confirmation.... just email saying thank you for purchasing the guardian pack etc.... sent them a ticket and the response is "Your question has been received. You should expect a response from us within 3-4 business days.
this sux.... I never would have bought guardian pack if I had to wait that dam long to get in...

Guys the server doesn't open to guardians for another 1.5 hours. Stare impatiently at this timer while you contemplate the many ways your education system has let you down.
what does the countdown matter, if they never sent me a confirmation link? Till then, it will still say Account pending.... when my account has the payment on it... etc....

Your purchase is obviously complete because you have your forum account flagged as a Guardian already. You are clicking a link meant to solve an issue you never had in the first place.

That worries a lot of people who don't read the threads they are responding to. No offense, but that was answered multiple times in this very topic, you have to set your forum user group manually in your User CP.

You need to set "Guardian" as your forum title in the CP menu~
