Not if the engine doesn't support it. Sorry if so. But when Cryptic says they're not supporting it, even if the engine does it's a moot point to ask for it now. Expect this way down in the future not at release if ever.
Not that I don't support this, it's IMO the keystone of D&D, the live GM.
I am pretty sure they had mentioned the lack of DM client a long time ago. While i had some awesome times as a DM with NWNx I do think it is a good move on Cryptics part unless they can come up with a fixed system that will prevent cheating and exploiting.

Correct, see my earlier post quoting SS. I do support the live GM, but they do not ATM. And like the loot system being Cryptic internal, they could do his to a degree what the DM is allowed.
I can't think of anyway of letting a DM jump in that couldn't be used as an exploit for XP farming.
One way could be to make all campaigns independent of XP earned.
i.e. official story will have its own XP progression, while each custom campaign will have its own XP progression decided by the one who crafts map. So if I want people to play my map in teams of five from level 3 to 5, they should be able to create a new character at lvl 1, jump right in getting auto leveled at 3 and then capping for the map at 5. When they leave the campaign, their char gets reduced to level1 or whatever the level character was (e.g. 50 lvl).
But then I don't think it could be called a true MMO so ...
Language system - similar to FR languages: draconic, aquan, damarian, etc.
:P
i like this idea, when you enter chat be able to switch languages, so you can talk to ppeople in your group who only speak that langagae. and in pvp you can understand your enemies....like if they have there mic on and its set to the language you speak you can hear there mic...

You can always give them 1 XP for successfully completing the campaign.
{to anyone who is feeling angry: you just failed your humor check}
