Any news on weapons being BoC? I am without my offhand weapon at the moment. Cannot even start the new campaign. Please, elaborate on this.
I have bought my Primal main hand on one character, then the off-hand on another character. They are bound to account and can be refined on any character.
To come back to the topic, and to the first entry, mobs in Omu are definitely too easy to kill (but they hit quite hard) . And the rare monsters are wayyyy to easy to kill (compared to Soshenstar), especially the new variant of rex/t-rex that does not even move when you are under its feet...
I bought them yesterday and yes - I refined them on both characters. And without any notfication, they became BoC on my alt. Now I have my HR weapons BoC on my GF.
Ouch that sucks, I am glad everything worked properly for me: I equiped and refined the weapons on the matching character and I am pretty sure they were still BtA when I disconnected. Maybe it is because you refined them on another character, but still, it should not have happened.
Some kind of bug with Lost Idols, it says I've reached the cap but the counter says that I haven't. I feel cheated

if you claimed your pack from PE it gives one charchter of your choice extra campaing currency you are not cheated and this is no bug it's all good you should finish this week capped at 125 with 75 lost idol left if you do everything correct unless you bought experdition pack u will have more
At the start of the game once the patch has been downloaded, the character having the companion Paranoid Delusion as an active companion, turns out to have become like a statue with the companion as can be seen from the detail of a screen made.
The character is of a friend of mine to whom I asked to be able to enter with her account to analyze the problem and be able to open this post after that.
After some tests it can be said that: - This state of the pg and companion is manifested in the moment in which the companion Paranoid Delusionis evoked. - In this state, both the pg and the buddy move fluctuating, without any animation and remaining motionless just like in the screen. - This state is deactivated on the pg when, after the evocation of the companion, the character uses a skill or a change of arms button; the companion continues to remain in the previous state. - This state is deactivated on the companion, at the moment in which a fight with enemies takes place, in that case the state of immobility of the Paranoid Delusion decays and begins its normal animation which continues normally even after being killed and his subsequent resurrection. - This state does not change even if the active and evoked companion (who initially was in slot 1) is moved to one of the other active slots and then evoked again.
I feel the duty to report this bug, because any player, of any class in neverwinter, playing has always under his own eyes, in every instant, his own pg and his partner; I do not think therefore that it is a ridiculous bug given that you would always have it under your eyes. This bug is going to damage not only the fluidity of the game, but also the animation of the pg, the playability and above all the fun of those who would like to play their own pg.

I have 2 toons with the reported Paranoid delusion Bug, is just visual but is really frustating... 2 other person in my guild are having the same issue...

@demonmonger it sounds a lot like you're missing the front texture that goes on the health bars. Try verifying your installed files via the launcher.

i had hte problm i reported to terramak then i found some solution after tinekring bit with settings then i a loaded an UI (created before patch nto sure if it has any meaning) and the bars got fixed i do'nt know if this helps you or not and while i'm at it i found so many bugs that i can't report all together because will take time here is few honorable mentions until i get my stuff together to post about them
1) Tyrant Spawning without Heroic Encounter after the encounter ends or time out he dosn't go and there is no HE icon on map here is 2 screenshots of that https://prnt.sc/ikx34y
3) this one is mostly not sure if bug or not but some rings have purely offensive stats and have 2 deffensive slot and this means that all of these rings are waste and DPS nor tank classes can use them please switch the slots to offensive to make them somewhat considered by players as it currently stands the omu hunt gear and rings are not wanted because of those deffensive slots exemples are here: http://prntscr.com/ikxcun
4) the interface for beginning eye campaing is also messed up
5)i'm also getting the white bar stuff (posted screens in discord chat yesterday so not gonan go look back through all that convo) but it got fixed after i messed with few thigns in options then i loaded saved UI and it was fine again (just posting this for chance that it may help)
6)teh wayward ghost qsuest sometimes gets bugged and the ghost dosn't follow you and probably pass away to the other realm i would be glad if she found her parents on the way to the palice if not please help us fix her so we can find her parents

-steal time procs lightning/dread/fey enchant 0 times (prolly others, those are just the ones i tested)
-trans dread, fey, lightning enchants (all the ones i tested) used with Ray of Frost hit for 0 damage on normal proc, lightning arcs hit for normal damage.
-oppressive force can in some groups of mobs do damage 1x to 1 target, or 0 damage to any targets. In those cases when doing reduced or 0 damage can crit to proc storm spell for damage, but procs lightning enchant 0 times.
-sudden storm procs effects but the majority of the time hits 0 targets iteself. Yes this was an occasional problem before, but it has gotten much much worse
-chilling cloud 3rd cast may not add chill. Never works on test dummies, works sometimes but not always on mobs in the wild even when they're standing next to each other in the fight, even in groups as small as 2. Only applies to chill given by blast damage, primary target always receives chill.
-Steal time does damage 1 time. I thought it did some ticking damage during the buildup as well, aside from the weapon enchant procing.
-recasting shield between at the end of the cast channeling bar bit before burst goes off results in a repeated animation
-enemy HP bars all white all the time
-Occasionally screenshake turns on without effecting its gui setting under display. Toggling doesn't turn it off. The only way to turn it off is by logging off and on.
-There has been some amount of odd behaviour icey terrain. There are groups, areas, and sets of test dummies where icey terrain would not add chill and would only do damage on the initial strike. On returning it would act normally. This happenned repeatedly but I can't reproduce it at will, so Ill leave it here as an additional anomaly to look out for.
yes the steal time im not sure if thats how its supposed to work, but makes no sense since it takes so long to cast, and it only does damage from the final hit, which means if u get CCed, u'll lose anything from it, isn't there supposed to be a special case for such powers that have long casts? would even be fine if it did damage on first hit rather than the final, this is a huge downfall to our aoe damage. Also had the sudden storm issue several times while in omu which made my damage abit ridiculous tbh, and the oppresive force aswel, all happend while in omu, in dungeons dint pay much attention but i Did notice Smolder procs alot less and u hardly notice it. another issue is the storm spell proccing ridiculously low, from 10 crit hits, only procced once or 0.

Champions Armored Bulette Mount is still tiny after the patch, even though the patch notes on preview said it was fixed....it's not. Just summoned the mount and it's like I'm riding a dog XD Please don't let a fix take 6+ months like last time
The patch notes actually did not say that the champion's armored bulette size issue was fixed. It said the combat power and summoning animation was fixed, not the size of the mount itself. Here is the exact wording of the bulette patch notes:
"Bulette: This mount is no longer significantly smaller than usual during its summon and combat power animations. Cancelling the Bulette mount spawn-in no longer leaves the player buried halfway into the ground."
*Update* I just realized you said preview patch notes, I dicided to double check that the notes on preview match the patch notes on the launcher and you are right, the devs did say the resize issue was fixed:
"Art, Effects, and Audio Character Art Bulette mounts no longer shrink on Preview."

I started the Soshenstar Adventures key-crafting quest before the patch and now it's stuck at 100% and I can't claim, is it gonna fix itself after a certain cooldown or is it gonna stay stuck?
Key crafting in Campaigns: I suspect these will become unstuck 20 hours after starting. (The UI is probably showing the new time, which is probably 10 seconds or instant - but on the backend, the server's still counting down the cooldown from the time the key claim was started.)
@terramak, your prediction was correct, a few hours after I noticed the bug yesterday, the key task finally gave me my keys and is no longer stuck.

While this bug is not a module 13 bug, it is still somewhat new and the reports for it seem to have gotten buried as time went on. Combat advantage via positioning is still not granted. This bug was reported a few months ago and remains an issue in module 13. Here is the original thread this bug got reported in:

you need to interact with the ghost for her to folow you, she got scared on fights.
When trying to sort the shards (for the Benign Order of the 3rd Eye campaign), a task window demands Evidence of evil documents (needed in "The Cloaked Ascendancy" Campaign. Therefore it is impossible to sort the shards.

More specifically, when you click the 'Sort the Shards' task in the Third Eye campaign, it instead directs you to the hidden task for Cloaked Ascendancy related to buying out the campaign via the Zen store. There doesn't appear to be any way to open the window for the correct task. Additionally, the tasks are off-centre from where they should be in the campaign window.
i'm not sure if this was in the notes but i read it top to the bottom and saw no mention that pillar of power when it crits grants a lesser curse when all consuming curse isn't slotted. i found it pretty weird for it to suddenly give me lesser curse when i looked at the features i had slotted i didn't have it on. it's not a serious bug but it is definitely pretty strange.
Noticed Issue with dealing damage on pally, divine judgement does 0 damage. Noticed it seems to happen during Tomb Of Nine Gods. After 2 runs it started to happen to me multi times. If I close out game then log back in it works fine.
Huh? that's nothing new with Mod13, you've been able to do that forever. I think I have like 8 extra atm, helps prepare for whatever mod bumps us to 80
Ray of frost too ??? he works just like the Scourge power (dont say the name dont play scourge) and it Should be procing enchants from what i've heard...
i logged on today on my main (hunter ranger) and tried to claim both of my rank 4 vip rewards, when i opened both the key/scroll parcel and enchanted key. I tried opening the glorious resurgence lockbox to soon realize i was being sent to the "inspect lockbox" page even though i clicked to open the lockbox. I then tried with others and still nothing. So i looked through my inventory and key inventory to realize that none of the items actually claimed and were not in my inventory, please fix this so i can get my items back, clearly something was wrong here, ty.

I used to have a playable 16.7k CW. Now on runs with friends I used to pull even DPS with, they are out DPSing me 2x1. I don't care what ACT or other testing says, CW has been nerfed beyond what should remotely have been considered. I have over 5,000 hours in my NW history, so those that say I don't know what I'm talking about, I assure you I do. This in NOT a tenable situation. Overnight, my CW has gone from being a fun playable character too to a shell of what she once was. I've tried switching to alternate builds, employing the Oppressor line. I'm lucky that I stocked up enough seals on multiple toons to upgrade right away to the Primal Set. It made no difference. Condouit of Ice has been rendered useless, SS barely ever fires, and in the presences of any other decent DPS toon (not great but just decent) CW damage processes so late as to not have any effect. What is the point of CW DoTs anymore, other than maybe icy terrain???? I had worked through many builds on the test server prior to the release of this module. I was hopeful it wouldn't be as bad as it appeared it was going to be. My first run in tong yesterday clearly established that I was wrong, it was far worse than I had ever imagined. Quite frankly all the builds I have tested on live are a shadow of what a CW used to be. If things stay like this, I'm definitely out of here. Great job developers, you really did it again.
