For any account issues, please submit a ticket to our support at support.arcgames.com.

Known issues:
- Cannot inspect gear.
- Medium Adventurer Horse has disappeared.
- Certain DC at-wills don't have audio.
- Some stuck on CTA screen.
- Stormraider Clydesdale may not have converted to Stable.
- Heavy Giant Spider may have also not been converted to Stable.
- Do not claim a free mount when you have a 50% off special mount voucher.

I am missing my mount coupon I literally picked it up and it just disappeared

well... I don't know if it counts as a bug... but there was stuff in the free section of the Zen store, and I was excited! for the first time since I started playing there was finally something there... but my inventory was full and so I discarded some things and when I went back in it was all gone.

upon switching characters the free section only shows up if your inventory is full... but as soon as you clear something it disappears... but when I went to a character who had space in their inventory it doesn't show up at all.

The bug is unavailable items showing up in the store only when you have a full bag, and not that you can't claim any of it.

The insignia bonus "Shepherds Devotion" is not working. My teammates are not getting any bonus at all when i use a daily power. I'm not sure if I am supposed to get the bonus along with my teammates but none of us are getting it. I've tried equipping the mount with the shepherds bonus but nothing is working.

Also missing the Medium Adventures Mount (Purple; account wide unlock). This best be addressed quickly. That is my HAMSTER money you have just deleted.

Also missing the Medium Adventurer Horse mount, ticket raised. seems it has been removed from Zen store so can't add it from there to any new characters either when it was supposed to be an account-wide unlock.

can't buy non-class armor in sharandar, dread ring, or wod. also coupon does not apply discount to many epic mountsincluding leopard of chult, which i would like to buy before coupon expires in 23hrs.

another problem, claimed free mount on one character and it took my coupon for 50% off. how do i get a replacement coupon?

+1 my cleric has no sound fx either and when playing with a friend he also could not hear my clerics sound fx.

Also missing account-wide Medium Adventurer Horse (2500 Zen vanished into thin air). Ticket submitted but I can't help complain about ARC support quality, I hope they fix the issue rapidly.

Really odd bug... on my Scourge Warlock i could not cast the encounter power Blades of Vanquished Armies while in Castle Never. I swapped power and equipped again, but still would not cast. I switched to another and hadn't retested afterwards. Hopefully hard reset and I won't see this again, but figured I throw it out there since I find most warlock powers casting buggy already and although reported was ignored.

Please write all the bugs you guys are running into I like to keep a list, plus Im sure the devs wouldn't mind to see the issues popping up either. ^.^
