Re: Kabaul’s Unfair One Hit KO [PS4]
I'll toss in that most of the time, the attacks are invisible in Reaper. Meaning no red areas, the bosses not moving, etc.
To follow up on Leviathan's post further, Orcus has invisible attacks and so does Kabaul. We're also seeing (actually not seeing) invisible fire in areas of Reaper. Anywhere there is a fire ground effect, people cannot see it. Shores of Turen final boss is one place. until you step in it and it one-shot's you, you can't actually see it.
I don't know if this is specific to PS only or what. With 900k hitpoints and 69K, my Ranger should not insta-die.

Reduce Stronghold Siege to 10v10?
Hi - given the relatively low number of active players in most guilds at any given time, getting 20 players together is quite a challenge - let alone 40! I know that major Stronghold and PVP changes are a ways down the roadmap, but would it be possible to just modify Stronghold Siege to be 10v10? My alliance tried to do it today and we barely managed to get 20 interested people... only to learn we were 20 short. That number of people simply isn't ever going to happen for us... or, I'd think, most guilds these days.

It would not be world building if threats that you didn't completely eliminate didn't come back.No. The rehash comes in when you are doing the exact same dance in a new area. Villains (good ones, anyway) come up with new things to throw at the heroes.

DeVir is the mastermind behind the Elemental Cults and the creator of the prophets weapons.
2) Day and Night cycle in Barovia was rather pointless. It led to timegating of quests (bad) and the Night Terror was maybe interesting the first time but is either tedious or frustrating after that.
3) Chult hunts were fine, Avernus hunts were not. The former had the rare mobs spawn in place of the normals where the hunter could easily find them. The latter has the rares spawning all over the place were a rando is more likely to get the kill.
5) On the one hand I liked the boats and apart from the SVA key 1000wt of fish thing, didn't mind fishing. However, the boats since mod 16 drain your AP (like the war machines that were probably based on the same code). Unless they change that... I don't want to see that ever again.
7) The River District guardposts were a neat idea but in practice were a mess. The originals need to be cleaned up and fixed (no more absent guards) before even considering recycling it. Like the campfires in Barovia, having respawn points that mobs can get to is a major major design flaw.
8) Heroics need a reason to do them beyond the existence of a weekly quest, certainly. Try to run an alt through Sharandar or Avernus now and most weeks you may not complete that weekly. Vallenhas on the other hand... always has activity on the small and big heroics... because of Juma. I guess he was just too appreciated by the players or something. Mod 19 followed with almost no use for the secondary currency at all. I think all I ever bought was some reagents to restore gear.

The heralds of the Evil Elemental Princes are still out there since they retconned their deaths in, what? Mod 16?

Cannot upgrade Mirage Orb
I still cannot upgrade my Mirage Orb, Item Refinement window is just blank and doesn't allow me to do anything.
It was restored a long time ago, before mod22 realease. Mirage Talisman which I restore just recently, can be upgraded without a problem.
UPDATE: Well, it seem to be fixed in yesterday's patch.

Mirage weapons are still broke and been broke for quite some time (months). I wasn't aware you thought you fixed it.
I can report that whatever you did finally enabled me to claim the dragon hunter companion on my other characters.
