True, but currently you have to go to the subscriptions section to select which method is used for the sub. It should still work to Edit the existing payment method used by the sub as long as people don't mistakenly add the new card as a new payment method.
It would take just shy of 2 years before an LTS would will have paid for itself (vs my 3-months recurring sub). With their recent actions, I find it questionable that the game will be around long enough to recoup the cost. The monthly rewards was the one thing that kept me subbing even during long breaks. Now, it looks…
Lucky you. I've been getting them every few hours since the Save the Earth! update went live. It usually happens when I'm transferring to Millennium City from somewhere else. Thankfully, just killing the game client and restarting the game seems to clear it, but it's still pretty annoying.
I've had a subscription lapse in the past due to an expired credit card. It cost me a discounted monthly subscription, so I stopped subscribing until they offered the discounted rate again. I haven't allowed it to lapse since despite taking a break that lasted close to a year (except for logging on each month to get the…
They capped prices at 800, but removed most (all?) of the things which would have gone over that limit. The AT unlock, vehicles & transportation devices are not available from the vendor. As for the aura pricing, the auras are 300 each and the boxes are 150.
I think you completely misunderstood my argument rather than ended it. I saw the entire rewards table, too. We pretty much received it at the conclusion of the fight on PTS. What I didn't see is what a "normal" drop will look like on live -- unless of course, they intended to give everyone the entire drop table (in which…
Talk is cheap. The fact is people weren't participating until the HP was reduced There were zergs the first day, too -- they just took forever and weren't worth the rewards for the time required. It had nothing to do with if it was "doable". Crusher and Eclipse were "doable", but they were even more tedious due to their…
That's a valid observation. But if the rewards can be purchased (even, if they're BoP) by just riding the zerg train for tokens, it seems to lessen the "better rewards" aspect to a large degree.
I'm pretty sure PTS is there for speculation before things go live. I agree that the participation for heroes improved greatly after they fixed the passives and toned down the HP increases, but it is far from ideal. The "train" is typically active in only one instance -- which tends to be full. Its success rests…
It's usually a 50/50 chance that anyone will even show up for Tako so far this BM. Unless they are improving the rewards on an epic scale, making it that much more complicated seems like it will just drive participation down even more.
When I did these last year, I went days with barely any competition for heroes. I'd just go to whatever zone had the fewest people. The few times I did have to compete against "hyper-damagers", hitting the fodder zombies with AOEs was enough to unlock the crypt for myself. There were even a few times that I unlocked a…
Boring and tedious sums up my experience tonight. I'll give it another try tomorrow, but I'm pretty disappointed with what I'm seeing. The old version had something for everyone. Now it's team or nothing, and it's hard to keep a team going after more than one (horribly repetitive) zombie hero.
I had a similar issue a few days ago when trying to start the launcher from the Arc client. If I ended all the ArcOSBrowser.exe processes, the launcher would open immediately. As soon as I refreshed the Arc client (and all the related browser objects were restarted) the client went back to hanging when opening the…
The horse head is f'ing awesome! It's creepy enough to scare a small child and I haven't stopped laughing since I saw the first screenshot. Just thinking about it right now has sent me into hysterics again! It's like a cross between a donkey and a pig with a little bit of evil for icing...
BUG: Footprint aura doesn't work with speed running travel powers WHERE: Only tried it near the Power House WHAT: The foot print aura was working normally when I was not using my travel power (Superspeed). When it was activated, the aura stopped leaving the foot prints
With all this talk about lvl 6's "disrupting the normal flow of gameplay by not being able to contribute to alert style content", am I missing a trick for getting into Alerts at lower levels? I can't get into the Grab Alerts until I'm lvl 10 and Harmon Labs isn't accessible to me until I reach lvl 20.
I cannot agree more with both of these comments. If they have to be individual pieces, I'd like to see more of the crafted legacy costume pieces from the Drifter included.
Bug: New Aura color modifications have minimal effect Where: All new Auras What: The auras can be colored but only appear to lighten or darken the base color.
Bug: Where: Millennium City What: Set Unity Invitation as Primary mission, but arrow points up no matter where I go in the area. Changed Primary mission to another and the arrow returned to normal. Re-selecting Unity Invitation caused the arrow to point upwards again.
Bug: Where: Everywhere. What: The Project Clockwork Eye Accessory clips above the character's right temple when it is used with the Project Clockwork Bot Head Type (Full Helmet) Bug: Where: Everywhere. What: The Project Clockwork Wide Eye Accessory dips in and out of the Project Clockwork Bot Head Type (Full Helmet) Both…
It's more likely that hop is configured not to reply to PINGs. If it was really causing an issue, there wouldn't be any other successful hops after that one. Some admins setup their devices to ignore PING requests as a form of defense against DDOS attacks.
