I think STO burned everyone here with their "Fleet Ship Module" precedent. You should probably just be thankful they only locked it away in the CStore, instead of doing that and locking it behind a bunch of superhero group upgrades that could be barred to you by the group brass and cost millions of Questionite... but then…

This is kind of surprising. Not just the game shutting down so soon after moving to F2P, but also that's being shut down as opposed to simply being put into maintenance mode. Odd, and disappointing. CoX was the first MMO I ever actually enjoyed playing.

Got it. I've tried it before and to me it still looks a little too furry for the most part. The best I can figure for makeshift is the Steelhawk feathered chest piece, flipped to cloth and coloured to match your characters skin tone. That kinda looked more "right" to me anyway.

Haven't had a chance to test yet, but based on the nerf falling damage took, and the fact that Might was probably the most adversely effected in the forms revamp (due to Enrage/Aggressor)... does a 70% bonus there even put it back on par with anywhere near where it used to be?

So it's by design that stealth here can't work effectively with Active Offences and On Next Hit powers? That seems a little counter-intuitive considering how stack-happy Champions generally is (STO too... stacking your way to victory is, like, a Cryptic theme).

Seriously, you actually went ahead and made it claws? That was... incredibly unexpected. And probably very inadvisable since it's tough to sell people a "Batman" archetype when you've tossed that in.

Which is hilarious since STO seems to pretty much be phasing BOffs out. 19th February, 2011 was the last time there was a mission released that actually allowed you to use a full away team, and since then there's been a grand total of one mission where you could use one BOff released. The rest of the events and missions…

You should be able to stick that picture in your screenshots directory (within your Champions directory) and load it in the character creator, as the screenshot was generated by saving that costume and possesses all of the variables for said costume (it's actually how all costumes are saved).

That was gone ages ago from STO's site, even before the changeover. I used to use CO's tracker to see which of my friends were online. That function will be sorely missed (along with the report post and ignore functions from the forums).
