Once I'm level 40 and geared up, I've usually got about 100% cooldown reduction, so that cuts them down to 45s. I've pushed them almost to 200% (30s). I've heard of people pulling off Perma-AD and/or Perma-AO by alternating between two, but I think that involved heavy reliance on Revitalize before it got nerfed.

OK, so... On the character I tested out, I have 375 Con. According to Mecha Teddy's thread, with 8 stacks of Enrage, you heal (Con x 0.6) health per tick of Endorphin Rush. Nothing. There was a recent thread about it. Trailturtle said that there has been no announcement yet as to how they'll be made available. They aren't on Test any more, either, so some people have theorized that they're being reworked before they're released. That's pure guesswork though.
