• originally in beta for f2p it was implemented to ward off gold farmers. But so much has changed since that time. Globals aren't as important as they used to be, I think its time for the cap to be extended.

• I honestly think its only a matter of time. That being said, I think power tinting is kind of important to making silver players more in tune with their character concepts its the same thing that drives us to buy things like rocket boots and swinging travel powers :)
