is there a way to refund my prototype hawk wing?

is there a way to refund my prototye hawkwing jet without getting into the game? I would very much like to do that as others have refunding the jet or however it worked to get my 1500 zenny back. I don't have the game installed currently and would rather not to place a in game ticket. It would go a long ways towards my return to champions online. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Nope. You have to grab them by the balls and demand your money back, and to do that you must help make their game look more active by logging in :O

    I used the PWE Support page and filed a ticket under Billing Support > Transaction Issue.

    Good luck in getting your ticket answered. While my own experience was pleasant, I've also heard people say the opposite.

    You do know there is off game Support option? Use it.

    You need to have boyish charm and good looks it seems, since i had no troubles gettin the refund.
