It's great. I used the 'Coruscations of Power' origin for my hero Frontiersman, though he and the team he worked with don't know it; they believe his power comes from some accident that occurred during the experiment they were involved with.
I'd like to request more basic patterns for capes. Now, the issue I have currently is when I want to make a character with a cape, with a tricolour pattern where (for example) red and blue are properly separated by a third colour. There are no patterns like the following in-game, despite there being both torso and leg…
There's been a bunch of TV Spots too: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-6xnRfbU-1ndJ54gOMw45OEK2ZB2G6nL https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYniLOXh7Wg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GDDyIXhDGY4
They'd have to massively increase Kong's size, again, I'd much rather he stayed his normal size and Godzilla just steps on him: https://24.media.tumblr.com/570d1f3ab1fdd59b8daff355f25ec0b7/tumblr_n1nu0titCW1qgckmbo4_1280.jpg
If they get a sequel the director, Gareth Edwards, has said he's very interested in a 'Destroy All Monsters multi-monster' sort of film. Also, Empire Magazine cover: http://i.imgur.com/iXNm1UC.jpg
The problem is they've already tried nuking Godzilla and it didn't stop him, the other "MUTO" creatures are the humans answer to stopping Godzilla, it's just that predictably it's terribly backfired on us and now Godzilla is the only thing standing in their way.
The point of contention for many though is that over on the STO boards we've already been told that Season 9 (the next update) will be launching in April, and that we'll be getting the second part to the episode "A Step Between Stars" probably shortly before that. When this was announced by the devs it was well over two…
The problem is all series and films based on Star Trek piss all over the idea that there is, or isn't, any "money" in the Federation in the future. Even the original series is guilty of it: http://youtu.be/MnhIkX99OYw?t=4m2s & http://www.ex-astris-scientia.org/inconsistencies/economy.htm
Is there any chance this unspecified update might include a version of the Rune Blade sword from the device item "Cloak of the Infinite Planes" being available as a skin for the heavy weapons set?
Before I'd mentioned a rune themed set based on the Rune Blade sword for heavy weapons, however an entire rune themed set including guns, single blades and heavy weapons would be cool.
I'm fine with group based content by itself, however, personally I highly dislike story based content that I can start, and play through solo, but are then forced to team for the finale. I raged against it when STO did something similar way back, and I'm disappointed this kind of thing has made its way over here.
It'd be nice if it were finally Mechanon, though not in another blasted alert. Still, it could also be Signal Ghost, but probably not since I doubt they'd require an alert style scenario to deal with.
On females you can have, under the full gloves category, Lemurian Hand Wrap with or without claws, however on males you can only have the gloves with claws.
This is what Neverwinter does, except no matter what, it is only for NPC's; at no time have I seen ragdoll style physics on any player character, either being knocked back by an attack or on defeat.
It's clearly not something they could do just on a whim, Dan Stahl has mentioned that at certain times the code branches do have to align when new code is added to the core engine, it's usually at this point that any new features that one game has could be added to the other games, with some modification.
Not sure how up to date it is, but according to this page it does: http://crypticstudios.com/team. Unfortunately, he is also responsible for the Foundry, so the latest we've heard from him has been about Neverwinter here.
1. Champions Online. Having not played for a while, I came back only to find that it's pretty much the same as I left it. It's now what I call the GNDN of Cryptic games.
It'd be nice if CO had an EP who wasn't also in charge of something else at Cryptic. It was nice to hear from them again, but it really shouldn't have been something to do with Neverwinter.
I'd expect many of them were, he was involved with Cryptic's version of MUO before it was canceled: http://news.bigdownload.com/2008/07/07/the-marvel-universe-mmo-that-one-person-has-on-his-laptop/ & http://gamerant.com/brian-bendis-talks-marvel-universe-online-mmo-cancellation-jw-3998/
This request comes up a lot, and it is a shame we're not likely to see it happen. Especially when you consider that some other MMO's have things like flag capes/cloaks in them.
I'd suggested something like this before, even some of the various existing offensive toggle abilities could be used to alter (and visual effect) the damage type of the melee/ranged powers you're using. So for example, Mental Discipline would alter Might, so the damage type is half crushing and half ego damage. The same…
