Hey all,

We've had some great rounds of bug fixes and new options over the past few weeks -- I know some of you costume fanatics, especially, have liked what Cryptic North's been putting out. I'm proud and grateful to say that I've been excited lately too, and for another reason, too: These are the first updates I've worked on as an Assistant Product Manager.


A little while ago, I got promoted up from being a CM. As an APM, my duties are expanded to be more involved in troubleshooting and getting updates out on time, and coordinate even more with the dev team.

So, how much is that going to change things? Not much. I'm definitely not hanging up my cape, that's for sure. I'm still going to be the point person for any community feedback, troubleshooting, etc. Alongside my new duties I'll still do forum trawls and keep talking with you guys. I'll definitely still be doing livestreams occasionally (especially for content that can use lots of playtesting), along with other community-centric stuff.

For blogs and such, I'll be getting help from the community team to post frequent news updates for the game, so look forward to seeing a few more names on the site. As always, I'll be there to respond to feedback from the community.

Keep flying, heroes -- we've got some good stuff lined up for the rest of the year, I know I'm getting excited whenever the devs show me the latest updates. I think you'll love what we're planning for 2014, too... stay tuned!

    Congrats on your promotion mate. I'm sure this will be a benefit for everyone CO-side.

    On a second note, any clue why the CO Launcher redirects us to the STO Forums as we use the link? That's kinda silly for it to do that.

    Congrats on your promotion TrailTurtle...really well done. Maybe we shuold put a cake in MC for you :D.

    Also TrailTurtle...it be great if you can get back to me on these qeastions I have only 5 so don't sweat buddy!

    1. Hideout Rooms: Is there anything new or any news about these new rooms?. I love to see this come out.

    2.The return of the Roi?Nesh: I love to see this comic book finished or has a 2nd part to it. Any news to this?

    3. Sidekick ?Pet? System: Not really fussy about this but whuold be nice to see it. Anything on this?

    4. XP Gifting: Such a great idea to level up faster! Any news on this? love to see it.

    5. Cosmetic FX Auras: Whuold be nice to see these come out and have auras from become devices that players can't have. Anything about this?

    Congratulations and yes I am enjoying the costumes and the BUG FIXES. I love the Dinosaur onesie, due to come in the Tako2 box. It looks hilarious

    Pretty well -- I keep it trimmed fairly short, but now it's both mustache and beard.
