Server Not Responding.

So it seems something is up....
Been fine with server not having hickups quite awhile, until now. :frown:

    Someone told me about the massive DC's and SNR's so I brought up my launcher. It is telling me the server is down. >.>

    Mine said that the server is down too, but then it changed its mind. It still disconnects, though. I wonder what's up?

    Sorta difficualt to maintain the mood and edge in Carls Gym First Rule when you SNR 3 times tryign to complete it and it gives you no leave map no macro to escape. .
    Tryign to select new levels at Prison Cheif and crash. .

    Would be nice if the devs, at least, informed us that they know of this issue and are working on it. :c

    We're working on this. In theory it should've been fixed about half an hour ago, but I'm not certain of that.

    I had one SNR last night, during the Harbinger fight of all things. I did recover after about 5 seconds, though. Aside from that, I'm unaffected.

    Which means we'll have to have people doing a tracenet and find which ones are in common. Establish which ISP on the route is causing problems. If this is the case however, that means there's little you guys can do to get others back ingame and this is just a matter of waiting for the ISP to get their act together. But hey! At least we'll know who to blame for disrupting our virtual heroic duties, right?

    We're reasonably sure that one set of problems is fixed, but there are still ongoing issues that we're digging into. We'll update as we learn more.

    (Edit) More specifically, we think we've identified the ongoing issue, and we're getting the people and tech lined up to resolve it. We'll update as we learn more.

    There are people on the east coast, west coast, asia and europe that are having this problem across 3 different games.

    The guild I am a part of has voice chat and there are presently 12 people attempting to play across all 3 games. Only 1 person, someone living in Arizona, appears to be able to stay connected regularly.

    Sooooo, this isnt just a regional thing.

    Didn't get DC'd, but I was experiencing significant rubberbanding in the Queen City arc. Almost got killed by lag fighting Mr. Gemini.

    I've been getting regular DC's when I played last between 4-to-7pm est. Hopefully that's changed now.
