Login Outage, 3/3/15

We're currently having an issue where the login servers aren't able to communicate properly with the game servers, preventing people from logging in. We're hammering away at this, we'll update when it's resolved.

If you're already logged in, you can remain logged in, no issues there.

    Quick update: Looks like billing is impacted by this -- nothing weird, just you can't buy ZEN. We'll update when we know more.

    Awwwwesome. Three guesses on what THIS week's extended maintenance will be dealing with.....Maybe we can shut the servers down for a solid 24 hours this week.

    Actually if you are currently logged-in you may experience issues when/if you try to change characters. I found this out a little while ago when it dropped me to log-in screen...:frown:

    Give them a break. It's a rough job with minimal staff/resources.

    Yes, North Korea says hello. They couldn't hack the White House so they settled for Cryptic North.

    I'm lifetime as well. I'm not complaining. Just let them do their job and get it fixed.

    North Korea? Our own government just took over the internet the other day. Coincedence I am sure but....Sometimes you have to wonder. And yah, I just changed characters and got booted. :(

    Well it appears to be fixed. I just logged in and am at the character select screen.
