Helmet looks like the Roinesh hat from behind, but it's more Dovahkin from the front, due to the way the spikey bits look more like horns at the front.

I does look a bit familiar from the front only I thought, but the rest of the set seemed to be what I remember from in game. Here's another shot.
For background...this unnamed warrior is a Plodex on their homeworld and was the one who had the idea for the warrior culture to stop fighting themselves. He wanted to unite them into an army to sweep the galaxy.
He was killed from behind just after making his speech by the guy he's fighting in the panels.
That guy went on to unite the Plodex, since he figured the uniting idea was "pretty good".
All-in-all the armor was only on about 6 pages maybe.
