January Gold Reward costume piece?

Are we going to get one? It's been kinda fun logging in to find something new and unique every month. It'd be a real shame if this project only lasted six months before the designers lost interest.

    we are supposed to be getting the hockey stick but nobody has put it in yet.
    same as the sale on the Mountain at. a week ago. advertised but not put in.

    They also advertized The Mountain Arch was to be on sale last week. It wasn't. :frown:

    I was starting to wonder about this myself. You'd think they'd have programmed in a queue that'd automatically update itself to the next costume piece in the case they had a holiday weekend. It's only common sense. But then, it's Cryptic and their sense is anything but common.

    This might be a stupid question, but since I logged in yesterday for the first time in couple months - how do we get these rewards? Do we need to claim them in the store? (I missed the "claim" tab and spent more than 800 points on packs that I had unlocked and waiting for claiming :(... good thing I gathered quite a bit of points in the years of not playing ;) ).

    theres a vendor in ren center, guy in armour.

    golds can claim on the month,
    LTS can claim ones at any time that have been on offer

    Wait, they took the time to take down the Holiday event before New Years but couldn't be bother to put up the free stuff after? Couldn't they have waited till this Thursday to update everything?

    the holiday event is on a timer. moving stuff from pts to live is not it seems.

    Hmm. This was baked into the patch we launched on 12/18, but maybe something went weird. We're investigating, we might be able to kick it off manually.

    Yep, Radioscience is going to start it manually, then we'll have it permanently fixed in this week's patch.

    Edit: Because of a similar issue, though a benign one, the December reward will keep being available until maintenance.
