Bugs in Retro Sci-Fi helmets, Z-store coupons, and "Series 2" mission

Rather than create three threads, I'm posting these all together. Anyone else experiencing these? I found an old thread on the first one, but it's been inactive since September, and it only covered part of the problem.

(1) The bubble helmets from the Retro Sci-Fi pack that we pay for allow fewer hairstyles than the freebie you can pick up on Gateway. Purchased items should be less restrictive than free ones, not more. In addition, applying one of these helmets to a female character resets all head options (including colors and scales, but excluding ear scales) to default, and sets hair to "none" (even if the character's hairstyle is allowed with the helmet). The only workaround is to quit the tailor, re-enter, try again, rinse and repeat (three to six times in my experience) until the CC finally respects your original head options. This wouldn't be such an issue if not for the incredible lag in the CC, making a thirty-second operation take up to an hour.

(2) Every time I open the Z-store panel with any character, I get a popup balloon that says "You have coupons available!" The coupons drop-down always says "No coupons", and no coupons are ever available when making a purchase.

(3) The first time I log every character after a patch or update, I get the message "Your mission 'Series 2' is obsolete. 'Series 2' is being restarted. 'Series 2' dropped." For every character, after every update or patch. I have never had a character that ever had a mission titled "Series 2", and it happens to characters ranging from level 5 to 40.

The Gateway helmet is essentially a partial aura not a costume. Apples and Oranges. They taste different.

Not sure what causes this but if you relaunch your cllient it should disappear. It seems to crop up now and then and is one of those bugs that is hard to track down due to it's inconsistent nature.

'Series' Missions are the lockbox bonus system. This refresh of the series mission DOES NOT happen after every update or patch, only in patches where a new lockbox is added to a series - in this case the addition of the Krampus lockbox to complete Series 2.

The 'Series' mission allows the game to track over all your characters wether you have opened the required lockboxes to earn that Series bonus items.

At the bottom of your mission journal (J) there is a button for Lockbox Loyalty Stamp. Click It.

Public perception is that it is a costume, and their being different doesn't address the very serious bug in the "actual" costume piece that resets the head options. But thanks for the clarification.

    I'll try that. Thanks.

Actually, it is after every update. It's happened after each of the last three, and the two prior to yesterday's only introduced holiday content or Z-store sales. There hasn't been a new lockbox since Infernal was added during the last Blood Moon in October. So if it's only supposed to check lockbox history when a new lockbox is added to the game, it's not working properly. And if it's an internal check that doesn't affect visible missions, why is it posting visible messages? A silent background process should be silent, not announcing itself confusingly to users (I can just imagine the increase in support tickets from users who think that a mission has been taken from them). Not arguing, just saying. It may not be bugged, but it's oddly implemented and doesn't seem to be working as intended. If the messages must be visible, they should at least be more informative.
