Log-In issue

When I try to log in to either CO or Neverwinter for Arc, I get a notice that says 'Unable to authenticate' Just wondering.... I seem to be able to log in to arc without a problem. my same log in works fine for Swordsman. Is there something going on with the CO/Neverwinter login servers?
