UNTIL shuttle - not account-wide

Bug:

UNTIL shuttle vehicle is bound to character, should be bound to account.

It cannot be traded between characters using the account bank.

Not a bug, actually, that's working as designed.

seems to be intended. hope that means yes you can get it for each of your characters. not have to pick one character to get it. which would be a bit lame.

I can confirm it's one per character, not one per account. I have gotten it with multiple characters.
