Epic Armor not showing

Ok, I have sent a help request in several times on this topic, Maybe someone can answer this question for me.

I received armor when I hit day 400 as a gold member, and have never seen the armor in any of the Tailor shops, even though it is supposed to be unlocked for all my characters. It is called "{Epic Revelation Armor". Does anyone else have this issue, and if the Devs are reading this; A. why has no one responded to the five requests I have sent on this, and B, is this a known issue. I know of at least one other player with the same issue.

Someone tell me what is going on, please!

Costume names when unlocked are not always the same as the unlock item.

I will forever be bothered at how we never got the non-beast version of those Neph legs.
