Well seems cryptic and PWI have found a way to steal money from people it is called the ARC. They are doing this in 2 ways.
1) Before the ARC I would buy Zen in a bulk (50, 100 and sometimes 200 dollars worth) then from my wallet I could divie up the amount between certain games (Star Trek Online and Champions Primarily)
But now you have to choose a game before you can buy the ZEN and ALL the zen goes to that game and can not be used for the other.
2) Before I was able to go to the website of a particular game and either activate or cancel a subscription.
Now there is no apparent way to cancel an active subscription. The FAQ's page said to cancel the subscription threw the Game's website but when you go to the site it FORCIBLY sends you to the ARC website. Thus you can not cancel a subscription.
Look above where it says, "Want to go Gold or manage your subscriptions, <playername>? Click here!" Click that link to get to the subscription page.
Also, they have posted before that purchasing Zen would change to placing the Zen into a game instead of having it in the wallet first. Personally, I do agree that I prefer to be able to split up my Zen purchases, but that's the change they decided on.
If you think this is "being robbed", you must be a positive joy to go shopping with...
"Science teaches us to expect -- demand -- more than just eerie mysteries. What use is a puzzle that can't be solved? Patience is fine, but I'm not going to stop asking the universe to make sense!"
Choose your enemies carefully, because they will define you / Make them interesting, because in some ways they will mind you
They're not there in the beginning, but when your story ends / Gonna last with you longer than your friends
I'm picturing the CO Cryptic team's dev Avatars dressed like Reservoir Dogs and walking through ren cen to that music, 'Little Green Bag' by George Baker Selection.
Swearing at Customer Support is like swearing at your post man for delivering a tax bill. They are only doing their job and are actually trying to help you. Corporate decisions such as ARC are made far beyond their pay grade or responsibility.
If you're interested in updating, canceling, or adding a subscription, you can visit a short blog with pricing here, or manage your subscriptions directly here.

Thanks for that. I would never have noticed that line was there if I had not looked into this thread. That's not a snarky joke. It's easy to miss.
As for the rest...
I don't understand why there are no longer any easy to peruse drop down menus on the Forum pages like it use to be.
ARC is still missing lots of the useful information - like Veteran Rewards which is probably blocked for the majority of player by now who will click the link and find themselves back on ARC.
I don't understand why CO doesn't want to make available information on the rewards of going Gold.
