We have tons of players who would love to meet new artist and get great works done of their favorite characters. Most of the time it's word of mouth but I am inviting any artists who would like to advertise their websites or provide contact info to reply inside.

So if you are an artist and would like to do commissions for your Champions Online Community, please post a link or contact info and a preview of your work.

I have personally used a couple artist and there are a few reoccurring but don't feel comfortable advertising for them without their permission.

I'll throw my hat in the ring...

Still an amateur colorist, but I'm willing to collaborate with other artists on commissions. I don't have set prices (yet) but we can work out costs. I can be reached via PMs here or on my deviant art page (which is linked below my signature). Any work done that isn't my own will be attributed to the original artist, and I won't color anything that I don't have permission for, I'm a firm believer in giving credit where it's due ^.^

Anyways! There's multiple lists that I've made and each one is broken down by price ranges. Some prices are subject to change by the artist and some listed under each price range may only be estimations. Each artist has a different style and technique. Some also only do black and white while others offer color as well, so please contact the artists if you are interested in commissioning them. They will happily give you their list of prices!
