visit the C-STORE?

The launcher tells players to visit the C-Store.
There is no C-Store.

There are probably other typos related to this laying around.

C-store still relates to Cryptic Store. It is also sometimes called Z-Store (Zen Store) but that hasnt caught on so much. old habits die hard.

When the game is launching I am not in a web browser.
When playing the game there is no C-Store.
There's a Z store and a blue Questionite store, a couple of recognition vendors,
a toy master, a robot guy, a collections officer, a bag dealer, a karneki guy, a star dealer, and an auction house.

How is the average player not to know that C-Store is not some other store somewhere floating around in the game?

A blatant mistake like this on the first interface users see for the product is a clear
sign of laziness that stains and stinks up any other work they apply.

I'm just trying to help them sober up and be respectable.

Easy fix. Just ask in Zone Chat.

"I just saw it say C Store on the loading screen that was up for half a second. WHAT THE HECKS IS THAT?!"

"Look at your mini map. Now look at the button with the Z. Now look at me. Now look back at the map. Click it. That's the C Store. Now I put you on ignore. Enjoy your muting, and don't ask stupid questions, noobliver oil."

Easy fix.

New users have a ban from zone chat for a while before they can talk to anyone.

Being a lazy slob at the front door is not going to go far in getting money out of anyone.

Your easy fix requires the players to correct mistakes the developers can't be arsed to fix
themselves, every time that happens, annoyed players are going to point out how sloppy and broke things are.
So instead of advertising ways to spend money the error advertises more mistakes right in the launcher.

It was obviously only a joke answer. The only real problem here is that the icon they used to represent the C Store. It's not a stylized "Z Store" logo. It's unfortunate that the icon for Zen uses a big fat Z in this case. Just like you look on the other side for the Questionite store. You don't see the Questionite twisted up into a Q, right? The reason is that those icons represent the currency you're using, not the name of the store.

The fact is that there IS a C Store, but the person who arranged the buttons didn't think that putting the zen icon there might be confusing. Or, who knows, maybe that's how the designer was directed to do it. But it remains that there is a C Store. Hover over the button, and it says C-Store. You click it, and it says Welcome to the C Store. All over that place, it says C Store. When you launch the game, there's a huge C STORE button. So it's kinda hard to argue that there is no Z store.

So, there is a C Store, it's not a typo, it's not laziness, it's unfortunate design.

Since most of the "average" players can't work out how to use the icons, it doesn't matter what it says there or what it looks like. If you're not able to figure out that you can actually open stuff by clicking the icons, it makes me think how in the heck they can manage get out of their beds without being lost between the bed and the computer.
On which generation was the curiosity of opening stuff and trying things lost? Or are people affraid that it might blow on their faces?

And old users have a chat ban every time they try to talk to someone in zone! At last, the student has become the master. I think we finally found out where all players are fully even in this game. O_o
