Let's be honest, we should be happy we had one at all, especially back then where our biggest updates were getting a lockbox with a vehicle every once every three months or so. I think it was supposed to help relieve the doom and gloom that was happening at that time since the game was basically put into maintenance mode... Not that it really helped much really at all, considering they kept avoiding the giant elephants in the room. BUT! We do get updates now again, granted about 1/20'th the amount as STO. But it isn't maintenance mode any more, so I don't believe they felt the need to have anymore, and it would just waste dev time that can be used elsewhere.
When will Clarence come back.. we need a hug after all the zombie pain
When snow is falling all around and you see the tree in the RenCen, Clarence will be coming soon.

Oh, you wanted a date... At a guess, I'd say most likely December 18th will be the first chance to get your Clarence Hugs.
Thought sometimes he seems to act a bit bashful and may not want to play. That never lasts long.
