I would love to see an expansion to the Action Figures within the game as follows
1. Sell blank male/female action figure dummys within the z-store that you can load your existing costume save files onto (or a friends costume file if they send it to you). everything would be replicated except dimension sliders would be adjusted automatically to fit action figure dimensions.
2 Add an expanded interface to allow you to do the action figure customisation - something combining elements of the modify equipment window and the tailor to allow loading of costume files.
3. once a costume was applied the action figure would be fixed to that costume. if the cost of blanks was not prohibitive i don't see this being an issue.
4. Additionally add a display area within hideouts where favorite personal AF dummys could be shown (similar to trophy shelves in STO ships)
I think this would be a good way to allow players to have action figures of their friends costumes to follow them around. It would also perhaps simplify creation and release of new standard Action Figures or Developer/Reward Action Figures.

As for now it definitely won't be possible since only one of those remains.
If we can't get customization for things we have to pay hand over fist for (IE vehicles), then its not going to happen for a simple feature. Even if it wasn't tradeable.

Its a totally different development team.
But your suggestion is the only thing that makes action figures worth having otherwise they are worthless wastes of developer time.
Hey Cryptic how many hours does it take to make an action figure?
How many worthless action figures of developers that don't work on this game anymore have you made?
Go ahead and post on your facebook that next weekend you will give away all available
action figures to everyone who subscribes, see if that drives business to your door.
Maybe I'm spoiled. My action figures are actual players that can actually do actions.
