Devastator redeem key

Hello,

As the titel says,theres a problem about the key.

I logged into the homepage and redeemed the key,then i logged in and i couldn't create a devastator.
The costume set and the serpent lantern adventure pack arent activated too.

I noticed that when i log in to the homepage my name is "Exodawn" but when i log in to the game with the same log-in my display name is "Cookaku".

did you claim it from the C store bonus tab yet?

When I redeemed my key for the devastator AT and costume set,I had to go to the in-game C store and to the bonus tab,then claim the devastator AT,and costume set,however,the serpent lantern adventure pack has been free,so its not going to show up there.

as Lotar says, you need to go to the z-store and claim the costume/AT then you can choose them as normal.
