Seriously. I want to do my part and try to help you out (despite your GM being useless), but when your ticket system fails roughly 90% of the time (Failed to connect to Ticket System, Timeout in connecting to Ticket System, etc etc etc), it's just an utter waste of my time.​​

    The ticket system probably broke from being spammed. Not really expecting any change since the tickets are like unread e-mail in your inbox. You see them growing, but too lazy to deal with it all.

    I always get ticket issues around 6 -7am pacific time. Usually "Unable to connect blah blah blah" I am wondering if the ticket system has some sort of daily backup or process on it's server at that time.​​

    I usually get a "timed out" message. Then, a couple of days later, I get the standard email acknowledging my report. So, y'know, keep it up anyway, because it looks like they actually are going through.

    Is that the ingame ticket system or the website ticket system?

    The website one, has always had problems, starting with a lot of people being unable to connect to it.

    The ingame one usually works well, unless overloaded by one of the other games.

    We don't have one GM. CS has a bunch of people, who all answer tickets, for all three games, we just have only one who comes on ingame.​​
