Suggestions for Winter Event/Event Drops/Store additions

@kaizerin After our chat in game here are the suggestions for additions to the Winter Event.
1. Winter Transmogrification Devices
(Holiday Army Man, Holiday Tin Soldier, Harlequin Teddy Bear, Jolly Holiday Teddy, Cheerful Holiday Teddy)
1.1 Amend Existing Temporary Device Versions
A. Change device usage timer to 15mins (to align with other temporary becomes)
B. Change device to Bind to Character on Equip from Bind on Pickup
C. Make them toggle on and off.
1.2 Add New Permanent Device Versions
A. Functionality as per other Permanent Becomes
B. Make them Bind to Account on Equip
2. Costume Request - Button Eyes Eye Accessory (see example image A)
A. Cloth, Metal, Leather, Glass and Ice materials
B. Seperate Color channels for Thread and Button
C. Option for Both Eyes, Single Left or Single Right Eye
3. Costume Request - Winter Knitted Scarf Back (see example image
A. New Knitted Pattern(s) for existing Wrapped Scarf Back - Alternate Colored Knitted Horizontal Blocks, Alternate Colored vertical Stripes
B. Pattern should work with existing Back Attachments: Wrapped Scarf - Cloth, Wrapped Scarf - Cloth Torn and , Wrapped Scarf Long variants.
C. If possible extend above materials to Leather and Metal
D. Wrapped Scarf should be made useable in Jackets category (complete with Back attachments)
E. Pattern should utilise all 4 color channels
4. Costume Request - Winter Knitted Sweater (see example image C)
A. New Chest Wear in Long Sleeve / Sweater Vest variants
B. Cloth, Leather and Metal materials
C. A few different designs would be nice - Plain, Striped, Snow Flakes, Rudolph face, HO HO HO
5. Costume Request - Candy Cane Heavy Weapon
A. Make existing weapon geo used by xmas becomes available to players
6. Costume Request - Action Figure Style Limbs - @ragnaking - added PTS FC.31.20151015.42
7. Vehicle Request - Ice Material Reskin of existing vehicle - Sleigh or Pharoah Sekhen Chariot - @someguywhoplaysgames /@liath
8. Costume Request - Nutcracker Head - @ragnaking / @someguywhoplaysgames
9. Costume Request - Snow Man Parts - Stick Arms, Torso (as Chest accessory), Legs ( as Hipwear) - @ragnaking
10. Pile of Snowballs Device - Similar to the Crate of Water Balloons device but drops a temporary Pile of Snowballs people can pick up from - @liath
11. Winter Patterns for Neck Tie - (see examples below) - Bunni B.O.T

Edit: some other suggestions I suppose include a santa style bag sack, those nutchracker heads and snowmen torso, legs and stick arms? Just a suggestion.
I'm more interest in the Teddy bear Head, but the Limbs and the Body would be nice
So yeah, Attack Toys!!! parts for me Dear Santa-Kaiserin!
