Use the same Diminishing Returns affecting Damage for Freeforms!

I'm sick and tired of my Freeform DPS builds or Freeform in general being throttled by Diminishing Returns, why do you do less damage then a ArchType when it's the same power?

I take this quote from a review that I agree with.

"customisation is so linear; everyone is after the optimal dps:survivability ratio with 0 reliance on other players = autonomous gameplay... Players don't need each other anymore... which in my opinion is a bad thing."

    sure make diminishing returns the same, but while you are at it reduce the number of powers you can pick, advantage points etc on ff.

    Actually now that you mention it, the missing powers on certain levels could be weaved into an update to grant ATs ADs/AOs/Heals to match the FFs. That could be a neat update.

    and of course along with that it'd also curve them down to match our DR. Or maybe we'd all be moved up to their standards, who knows.

    Funny thing, the day I deleted and remade my Specialist, Unleashed and Devastator from AT into FF, was the day I NERFED my own charactersonion-67.gif

    I Will never archieve the same damage with Two Gun Mojo, Dragon's Wrath and Cleave as FF​​
    POWERFRAME REVAMPS, NEW POWERS and BUG FIXES > Recycled Content and Events and even costumes at this point Introvert guy who use CO to make his characters playable and get experimental with Viable FF Theme builds!     Damage is the only thing ATs have over freeforms though, a well built freeform in an overwhelming majority of cases is going to be superior to the AT, damage aside.

    it's OK for ATs to have their little bonus when they give up so much for it.

    2 Gun Mojo? try getting over 4k ticks on a specialist solo I dare you.
    It's not so bad when it's a Tank or Support cause they do what they do while Diminishing Returns don't stand out as much, and to a certain degree Hybrids but what really stands out is DPS Roles/Offensive Passives in contrast can go much higher as intended for a Damage Role but Freeforms do less, defying the point in pushing DPS without all the extra powers to compensate and that's just not right, if you want to go Full DPS then you should be able to keep up without cherry picking, not some downgrade/back-step from an AT.
