Would it be possible to add an additional loot roll option so i can pass on trash gear, but still roll on refining items of the same quality? Consider my username. Now imagine how that will collide with the endless stream of green trash gear that will get picked up, with no stacking.
Just speculating here, but I think since we're in NCL "Preseason," the acual NCL is not "underway," so that quote doesn't apply yet. I suspect once the whole preseason is over with, or we are well into it, the web-based leaderboards will be rolled out.
The protection OP's shielding strike negates all damage under a certain threshold. If they can build up the stacks on that, you'll need to lay in heavier hits to penetrate the shield.
This was... very poorly played. You got in a good number of stuns, but didn't take full advantage of them because you just blindly blasted through your encounters without thinking of setups. Stop asking for nerfs with videos of you playing badly; it's super dishonest.
Adding my voice of concern to those in here inquiring about whether league ranking is going to act similarly to the current leaderboards. Because said leaderboards are embarrassingly broken.
It means either a GWF or GF has applied a mark to you. Similarly, if you see a yellow circle in the center of a paladin's chest, it means they've applied their Bane debuff on you. Never seen that on pve enemies though.
Good lord people, just because a class is "not a dps class" doesn't mean that they shouldn't be allowed to deal any damage at all. DPS classes have a wealth of damage-dealing powers in their toolbox, but they also have many utility powers as well. Paladin really has only the one damage-dealer.
See, the problem with this nerf is, we will now have no option of doing any daily content solo in a reasonable amount of time, as DJ is really the only power we have that does any meaningful damage. I REALLY don't want to beg my guildies to handhold me through basic IWD or sharandar dailies just because otherwise all the…
It has been my observation that the flood of procs on prism and astral seal cause serious overload issues. Consider the scenario where you have 2 paladins with points in prism. They both cast their dailies, and their heals proc off of each other seemingly as fast as the server can manage. Then, add in the fact that prism…
Yeah, I'm curious how you are inferring that doing it requires "Best in Slot." Are you seriously suggesting that having 1800 item level is BiS, and that requirement excludes 90% of the player base?
Auras are class features, not feats Becky. Also, I can totally imagine this being super helpful in pvp. Usually I assign myself as backcapper with the rest of the team on other 2 nodes, and this may help me clear the backcap much faster. (Will have to test how it compares with aura of courage.)
Notwithstanding that the "one pot at a time" rule doesn't apply to the Heroism potion anyway(I've stacked it with a bunch of potions on other characters), that still wouldn't explain the problem, since even if that rule did apply to the potion of heroism, the latest pot used would override the older one. This potion is…
In elol, my typical encounter choice is KV, Anvil or Kneebreaker, and ItF, with crushing surge and tide of iron for at-wills, VM and FR for dailies, and guarded assault and steel defense. Even as a conq, I find this to be the most successful setup for a win. For the hourly dragon runs, if I'm not in a party, I would use…
I have gone up against colonelwing, and while my pally is not particularly well-geared by this point, whatever they have going on when fighting OP does seem more effective where other GFs have failed miserably.
The paladin is very vulnerable to both chill stack freezing and whatever is that stun shot from the HR. Those appear to bypass their shift feature. Then you have a small window of time to dps before they use their CC break power. Also, rooting powers, while not completely disabling, do root through shift, so it can buy you…
Can I just say, I love how the damage dealt by the boss in the last line of the combat log is so high, you have an integer overflow. The ridiculous scale of this new mod is so overdone, the game itself can't handle it.
Yup, I've seen this happen many times. What makes it worse is that the TR can just spam their ranged powers indefinitely, without a care in the world. I could name names of those who exploit it, but I guess that's verboten.
Well yeah, I very much expect the gloves to drop, since they are still used in the new Mod6 BI gear, and the devs even explicitly stated that they would increase the drop rate on them. That still doesn't tell us anything about the BI mainhand. :/
No, I didn't miss out. I meant, I rushed to buy the mount from the zen store ASAP during the last run because I thought it would go away like it did the time before.
