You're right, that's why I was hoping for some of the dynamic difficulty stuff, but after reading all this it sounds like the problem may come down to me playing a TR. We don't really have a group role right now, but the class seems very strong solo, thus making the existing content not enough of a challenge to compensate.

Maybe it's because I a TR? I soloed the tomb in IWD at about 1700. The dwarf quests haven't been a problem either. It also might be that I had been planning to have 1600 as soon as I hit 70, so I just sort of walked in to Well... Now my gear is roughly 2000 with a purple fire archon to back me up and I basically sleep walk…

But all of them are shockingly easy to solo as soon as you hit 70. I didn't even have to gear up to clear the campaigns ;_(

Thanks a ton! Would you recommend going with an Earth for the bonus and then a Fire to use bondings on? (Also do you get the additional .5% bonus on the Earth for having the Fire active or is the tooltip misleading and it just means .5% for other Earth Archons)

I mostly group because I haven't found much solo content worth the doing at at 2000. Is there something I'm missing?

My favorite memory has to be that moment I hit seventy and saw just how much opened up! It was the moment that I realized I could easily be playing this for years...
