I think you'd e fine, but I'm not the best person to answer this. I mean, I *think* you'd be fine...at worst, you'd be asked to use it as a "special" weapon in place of one of your energy weapons, but I don't really see that happening - that's just me, though. If you don't mind my asking, what ship are you running?
So, we actually ran a few Delta Patrols last night in T2-3 ships, one with a lone T4, and it was...ridiculously fun. On a side note, fitting a ship with upgraded retro phasers may cause you to want to jam a screwdriver in your ear. You have been warned.
I... would seriously join this, and I'm not even an STB player. What about an STB-equipped Prometheus (mirror patrol escort)? It's the lowest-tier I have available outside of a Connie. She doesn't even have the MVAM thing. Also, I'm curious about the Corrosive Plasma space weapons. They fire yellow, like Phasers, and I'm…
Mine has worked ever since the one trip to Qo'nos, though I haven't bothered taking to the incompetent, useless creature on New Romulus that's marked as a trainer.
And, out of curiosity, what are the requirements to be able to buy fleet ships? I'm a rank away with my current fleet, with no signs of increase in rank without dramatic investment, and there's no point in changing if it's going to be the same way.
Well, TRIBBLE. >.< Anyone have an estimate? I've got money to burn, seven levels to go, and I wants me my Aelahl! Seriously, though, I'm usually nowhere near a computer when this happens, so I have no idea what to expect from them as far as how long the server will actually be down.
Yeah...I'll worry about adapting to the Faeht later. I'll go with my gut and get the Aelahl first. As for laying her out a certain way, basic direction is all I'm looking for - like I said, I'm not looking for uber-DPS or an obliteration-embodied Alpha strike. It's almost like roleplay for me, with STO being the…
I'm seriously stuck between these two, and I can see pros and cons to both, but I'm deposit considering making the Faeht my first purchase instead of the Aelahl as I've been planning. In a way, I'm looking forward to adjusting my play style to the Faeht, even though the Aelahl would be much easier to start with.. For…
