So cryptic, you gonna let me bind the four carrier commands to my tray? IIRC before I left when delta came out I could do that. now I have to manually click these super small icons on the hanger tray. Used to be that I could put those actually in my tray and click 1 or 2 to make them come out or go away. and if not....WHY…
fool me once with the atrox, shame on me. fool me twice with this pos? sorry, I aint biting. I was SO excited to finally be able to upgrade my JHDC but no. there is literally NOTHING to make me want to switch ships. bad trait, bad console, bad console lay out, bad weapons layout, bad starship trait, bad pets....I mean…
I like the idea of the defiant getting a fixed quad cannon up front. its fixed so you sorta get that 5 weapons fore, but its not stupid over powered. the other thing is without a battle cloak the console bonus is utterly useless. who needs to reduce the cd on cloak in a fed ship? of course the idea of giving a fed ship a…
ya'll are really making a good case to buy lifetime subs! keep up the solid work cryptic! I bought my lifetime sub years ago, and I really appreciate the constant reminders that I made a wise investment with my money!
so I started during beta, derped around for about a year not really understanding the game. then I bought a garumba and started really getting "into character" wanting to kill feds. enter pvp. then I realized....holy TRIBBLE...I'v been playing this game ALL wrong. ah, the halcyon days. so I took a year off when delta…
so besides looking awesome and being a new shiny toy it sounds like the sheshar isn't worth it. my fleetmate has a nicor and swears by it, those 4 sci consoles are looking like they are worth it. I'm hitting about 30k dps in my jhdc and was looking for something with a bit more punch.
Can we please talk about how the garumba was skipped over AGAIN? It's the first ship I spent money on and is the reason I started getting serious about this game because I wanted to make it as powerful as possible. But it's been moth balled ever since I got my bug 3 years ago.
So I made this post and figured it would get erased or forgotten fairly quickly. I would be driving or about to go to sleep and be constructing arguments for a debate I was sure wasn't happening but thank you. THANK YOU ALL for rising up and voicing all my my secret concerns. Askray, I say this in all seriousness and not…
If they were smart they would take a step back after the release of the new season and truly work at putting together a brand new pvp system. Yes that's right a pvp season. Call it "the gamesters of triskelion". The gamesters are back and they have created a tournament environment where old rivalries can be put aside…
What bugs me is at launch this game fixed alot of quality of life problems many other mmos suffered from. But now in guild wars I can lvl a toon 0-80 ALL in pvp and never touch pve. Having to suffer though more pve in this game makes me.....a sad panda...oh the irony haha
I am the greatest 1v1 pvper in this game. I also have 6 girl friends and work making 6 figures jerking off into paper bags. My Aux2 batt shuttle pwns all. I can make these claims on the Internet and you know they are true because I said so and because I can type in different colors no one ever lies on the Internet -Abraham…
2 years ago i had a comfy video game publisher job and could afford to blow $100 a month on zen. Most of my pvp ready ships were made pvp ready in this golden era. I blew ALOT of money on this game. Now please sto devs explain to me why I should keep supporting you? Honestly what's my incentive to keep playing the only…
Hearing about what happened to champions online is only making me more depressed. I mean let's be honest, the IP is the only thing keeping most of us here. Taking away the only reward I got for hours of queuing is just another slap to the face
This. A thousand times this. They should let pve'ers and rp'ers have their corner and pvpers have the other. But cross faction teaming should be next. At the very least make it a diplomacy unlock so people have to at least work for it.
Does this mean that 2 people testing builds could potentially hold up 20+ people in the queues because they are in a private match? I mean, I'd really like to get an answer from cryptic on this one.
I would love a fleet garumba, and I honestly wouldn't mind if they made the javelin a console to even it out, of course...if you want to give me a 10th console for free I wont complain haha. I flew a garumba exclusively when I FIRST started pvping, lady was one of my first teachers. I saw a garumba flying around kerrat…
No the elachi "black out your screen" douche console. who ever thought up that console should be taken out back and shot. The pve in this game is so laughably easy to kill that console is ridiculous
One thing I will say about the current system (in regards to rep) is that it takes time in game to earn it. That time spent playing the game should translate to you being more powerful, otherwise what's the point? Certain consoles or set bonuses can be acquired with money again something you put time and effort into…
For Romulans I use the spire core. Adding energy levels based on singularity power is no good for me when I am constantly using them, I'd rather have the energy drain resistance. On my fed I use the dill core for my escort and the spire for my beam boat.
With aux2damp and the doff you can turn that rsp into dem. Just be speedy. And put the dbb in the left most position. edit: oh ya, and drop nukara console for tachyo lobi console.
In 1v1 situations polaron will win through attrition. But ap just does more damage period. It's betting on a proc vs pilot skill vis a vis targeting arc. In which case it becomes a matter of turn rate
I got 10 and 11k crits in a pvp match tonight...from my pets. Killed the guy. A torp spread 3 with gravimetric torpedoes beg to differ with op. An all torp fleet avenger kicked my bugs TRIBBLE when it first came out. Torps are not niche. Btw I have no points in projectiles and they hurt just fine haha
Also to the point of spam lagging people out its sad that we still play a game that can't accurately display or maintain itself while playing the game itself. Do you think wow would have been a success if players couldn't actually see the abilities being used against them let alone not get lagged out? Or do you think LOL…
