Also, the guys who get blown up the most tend to be the noobs. the established one with all the Fleet gear don't die nearly as much. So this ends up discouraging... being new or tying new things.

@no09dysonsphere - I've wondered the same thing often. @generator88 - If you press 'U' and then go to the Stations tab, below the shipboard stations is an away team list. Have you got your Boffs in there. Usually the login screen shows the Boffs you have assigned to the away team.
