There are just too many problems with this race. Though I'm sure those that have figured out how to play the system will disagree (not cheating necessarily, but not straightforwardly running the race like a normal person). The flags suck. Take a look at your character race. If its like mine, it would have switched to Romulan. I also created an alien race and maxed out the height at 7'0. Went to the tailor and saw that my size options were reduced. When I looked at my character race, it had been changed to Romulan.

Still wrong race. I have yet to receive any reply to my tickets and they don't even show up in my "View My Tickets" window. I'm not sure what else I can do.

First time I've encountered this bug, and I've been playing quite a bit since this problem reportedly started. It happened to me in Tau Dewa Sector Patrol.
