Romulan Alien Size is "defaulting"

on character creation you can select a 4'6'' to 7'0'' alien, try to edit anything on a tailor and your size becomes "defaulted" to 5'6'' to 6'4'', i am guessing something did not roll over the romulan aliens for tailor editing people or something, but tailors ARE giving "pre-update" sizes to the (romulan) Aliens :(

    I was able to use a smaller size until about the time I chose my allegiance (KDF). I am unsure if there is a connection but I changed my outfit several times before and was always able to keep my size. Now the tailor does not let me be small again :(

    By the way, are you FED or KDF allied? I am hoping both factions have that problem otherwise it might take ages to get a fix.

    kdf... :( but if anyone has a fed also please check and see, this is a Romulan Alien getting resized, and if it is what is looks like, tailor was not giving the updated sizes

    remember, your alien originally could only reach 5'6'' to 6'4'' and was updated to allow 4'6'' to 7'0'' heights, currently you can create a fresh character at 7'0'' but from the looks of it, once you choose a side, the tailor no only allows 5'6'' to 6'4'' heights, not 4'6'' to 7'0''

    can anyone Fed side verify this one is affecting Fed allied Romulan Aliens?

    um, wow... i was going to make a thread on this but i seen 2 so far now on it
    the answer is yes, your FED romulan alien question is answered, same thing as you described also, not broken till you pick a faction, w.t.f. to that

    just switched clothes and it messed up my size, you won't catch it until you look at your size, you must be in a faction for it to happen, and it will, %100 of the time, no jumbo, no tiny,
    please fix the ****! :rolleyes:

    huh yea I made a similar post and i kind of think it is in the same ballpark episode wise, not exactly sure wtf is going on here...but yes t is a issue that should robably get addressed sometime soon...rather than working on new content when theres still older issues that need to be fixed...of course that is just my opinion take it for what it is worth

    i have the same issues with my 2 romulan aliens (KDF), at char creation and before choosing allegiance i was able to use a smaller size, after choosing allegiance i have only the non alien size options.

    yea this one just kind of strikes me as core mechanics being a tailor issue and all...but apparently new content can cover up known issues :P heres hoping they get it fixed the next go round.

    now we have new romulan clothing options for veterans but cannot wear them without growing or shrinking to default romulan sizes, thats just great... i want to edit my outfits without growing...

    Take a look at your character race. If its like mine, it would have switched to Romulan. I also created an alien race and maxed out the height at 7'0. Went to the tailor and saw that my size options were reduced. When I looked at my character race, it had been changed to Romulan.

    That might be part of the problem, but all other alien options are still available. Only the size is limited.

    In the beginning romulan aliens were supposed to have only limited size options. They changed that some time ago but I think they only did that for the neutral romulan faction and forgot to include fed/kdf rom aliens.
    I tried reporting the bug several times now and sadly I am still unsure if they are even aware of the issue.

    For me the problem is still occurring, and the first time I noticed it, I deleted my character because it bugged me so much. I thought at first it had something to do with me changing my skin to look Romulan for the Tal-Shiar infiltration missions, but the second time around, I noticed it was only with the when I picked a faction, and then went to a tailor to change my outfit.
