The issue with the romulans is that you need to be aligned to one faction or the other. What I have noticed is that the game fails to recognize which faction you are aligned to. Since I have noticed that most NPCs like to stay a certain distance behind you, something one might try would be to back through the door, instead of moving forward through it.

Unfortunately, while not claiming it is beta they do mention it is only a 60% of full version/partial release on consoles. Such loopholes are how lawyers make the big bucks vagabond, but I'm sure you're aware ;-). not trying to troll or pick a fight, just an fyi....

Just started a federation character, so far only the outfit bug is a problem. Let you know if I hit the one you're stuck on. The only comment from support about the entire romulan story arc being broken on the basis of factional alignment could be boiled down to sorry about your luck, let's hope we can figure a work around…

Engine bonus to turn rate is just that, a bonus to base ship turn rate.
