Arc points converted to xboxone zen

OK either you are not allowed to do this or I have some issues. I understand you can convert arc points into zen for sto but for me I have no way to redeem them. Matter of fact currently the only way I can buy zen is in game any help out there or is this working as intended?

    The books of Zelazney are freaking peerless(being in an sto forum I would guess you like scifi). There is actually a specific section of the Forum relating to the Zen and C store issues, and I do believe this particular question is answered in one of those threads. If I recall correctly the comments from the official so was that any purchase for console was locked to the console. It did not transfer across to the PC or the other console version. You can use cash directly on the website to purchase for any of the three versions of the game, but in-game cash was not transferable between platforms

    So arc won't work for xbox one.
