[XBOX1] Mission: Installation 18, Out of Mind Bug

Can not finish Installation 18 Out of Mind. As soon as I beam to space I get a Ops Hail but nothing is there to accept. Only the option to go back. After that no other options occur. Can not Confront Hakeev. Anyone else face this issue? Anyone know a fix?

    All Romulan missions are glitched on console. I have had arc account for a year and still cannot post new lines in forum, so posting this here. Issue on console is that all missions after allying with either the feds or the empire have trouble recognizing what the character is. Game cannot distinguish what faction character is with, so faction specific sub mission work frequently glitches out entirely. I wonder if this ops hail is linked to a faction specific response.

    I have a sort of work around. Dropping mission entirely, leaving mission area, then restart whole thing. So far this has fixed every mission i had an issue with except for "Second Wave" mission with "Cardassian Struggle" episode.
