[PS4] Bugged "What Lies Beneath" Mission

After descending into the maintenance levels of Drozana station I have to return to Deep Space K7 to use their computers to check the scan data.
I made another mission my primary (Test Of Mettle) and then came back to What Lies Beneath, except now it's telling me that instead of Deep Space K7 I have to go to a space station in the Qo'Nos sector, but obviously I can't get there because I'm Federation.
Also about the mission Test Of Mettle, I believe this is a klingon mission as it tells me to go to the shipyard from First City to get a new ship.....except I can't because I'm not a Klingon.

This prevents me from seeing any other active missions I have accepted.
Most importantly, the end of the mission is broken. The game should be telling me to go to Deep Space K-7, instead, its telling me to go to the Ganalda Space Station and analyze the data there to complete the mission. When I get there, the game tells me I cannot enter the system because it is controlled by the Klingons.

I'm on the v1.11 update using the ps4.
How do I fix this?

I was able to drop the mission using the ACTIVE MISSIONS part of the gui. I don't know if this is resolved though

Once I dropped it I was able to move forward.
However I still have Test Of Mettle, which is a Klingon mission and I'm unable to drop this one at all.
Every time I get a new mission I have to go into the missions menu and make the new one primary.
It's defaulting to Test Of Mettle after the completion of any mission I do.
