I have send an e-mail to that Billing/Subscription Support one week ago, but still did not get any reply. I have asked today the GM what they would have done if my account was TRIBBLE and characters was deleted by the hacker. I will post his response so other players know for now and in the future what they can expect…

Like a year ago I had this problem for a few days. I used to start the client, clicked on "options" and put the proxy on EU or US. Then it connects without a problem. After a few days I could just connect normal without setting the proxy on EU or US. Maybe this works for you both too? :)

This happening to me as well, but only if I have the plugin "Teamspeak 3 Overlay Plugin" enabled.

We will be bringing down Star Trek Online tomorrow, Monday, January 28th, at 7AM PST (click here to view in your timezone) for maintenance and to apply a new patch. It's not only the patch, but also the maintenance. The maintenance is usually 2 hours, so looks legit.
