I share the criticism of picking between Stealth and Hangar Pet bonuses skills at low level. Those are useless skills for most of the characters I've created so far. Only thee characters have ships that can cloak. Same thing with fighters, only two characters have ever used a ship with a hanger. I realize there are plenty…
The new interface is very big and clunky, some things take up more than double the space. We've gone from being able to read the officer requirements in a list, to lots of icons, that are not very descriptive. There's assignments with a longer list of icons for the requirements, but the icons are spaced in such as way as…

Hold the Control key down when you click buy, it bypasses the confirm window entirely. We do need a slider for coverting the data samples by the time this goes live. Or a contact at Memory Alpha that will do a batch convert.
I got it to work. I was using ARC to launch. I went through the launcher for the game directly, and saved the option without crashing. I changed the option before I logged in, and once I logged in, it started downloading the over 4 gig worth of files I hadn't downloaded yet. Not sure if it will still crash if I had logged…
Having the same problem, and it's not limited to STO. Seeing it for Champions Online and Neverwinter as well. Anytime I disable On Demand Patching and save, it crashes out. I tried changing the folder attributes to turn off Read Only, but that didn't work either. Right now, I'm looking for a settings file I can change the…
I was thinking. This would be neat if when you load ARC it gave you the option to patch the game. As it it, it's a launcher to launch the launcher. You don't have to log in to the individual game, but you end up clicking "play" in ARC, and then "Engage" once the STO launcher is opened.
So far I haven't had any trouble with it. I play 4 games and the only trouble I've had so far is a known issue with the launcher for Neverwinter. I've set it to not load at start up, and unlike some other programs I've had to use in the past, when you sign out, it closes and goes away, it doesn't stay in the background.
Noticed something with some of the bosses, Orion Overseer (I think) was one, forget the names of the rest. After defeating them, they immediatley respawned and I had to defeat them a second time, after which they stayed down. With one exception I was the only player in the area, once there was a second captain nearby. Not…
Odd, the reward when I picked up the mission showed an RCS Accelerator. I had found a typo in the text from Captain Harvson. He says "Don't take too long, or I might just take some the credit for myself!" There should probably be an "of" in there, between some and the. edit: there it is, it shows Tritanium Alloy when I…
The ability to cancel an empty project would be very usefull. Especially if you have no intention of putting anything into it because you selected the wrong project by accident.
I've had success getting it back by switching the channel I'm talking through to something else like local, and then it shows up and I can switch back to it and it works normally.
I didn't have any trouble deploying and activating the satellites, so that may have been fixed. The last part with a few freighters making a run for it because they don't trust the Federation, I didn't think shooting them up and disabling their freighters is a great way to show you mean business. I was hoping for a more…
might just be the polarized tetryon beam arrays. these are the ones acquired from "The New Link." Not sure if it matters Klingon or Fed side, I just realized this was a Klingon Fleet yard thread. But I was looking to see if anyone had noticed trouble with these weapons. now that I'm thinking about it, I looked for patch…
I noticed when in system and sector space, there's an added line [**only works with Jem'Hadar attack ship and Cardassian Galor]. It wasn't there when I acquired the mission, selected my rewards. I can't see that line of text when I read the item on the ground, with it on or off the ship. That could explain why they're not…
What about instead of applying a limit to how much a member can contribute or a daily cap, why not have a fleet pool? This way anyone can contribute what they want, and the project pulls from that instead of contributing to the individual projects. No longer a race to be the first one in.
I recently took over as fleet lead. I couldn't access anything except the first tab before, and I can't access them now. They've been purchased and opened up, but I currently have no idea what's inside them apart from the label. I did file a bug report, maybe it'll be working.
